Initially, I reserved a Nissan Rogue for 10:00 pm on Friday, August [redacted] and unfortunately, the vehicle was not available. I was waiting at the location for over a half an hour, so I called the customer service department at 10:30 pm to see why my reservation was not available therefore the representative switched me over to the Toyota Corolla at 10:38 pm. The gentlemen clearly mentioned that he will adjust my rates and I wont get penalized because he was going to extend the arrival time an hour rather than bringing the car back at 12:30 pm. Unfortunately I was slapped with a 50.00 late fee and I don't see how I could continue to do business if these types of mistakes are picked up and not corrected immediately. Correct this as soon as possible or I this would leave me no choice but to cancel my membership with carpingo to move over to zip car.
