I have a 2005 Pacifica and the six disc DVD player had dies after 10 years of constant usage with having three children. I went to the Chrysler dealer and they said it would be 1250.00 dollars to replace the unit. I call [redacted] and he said being the car down, Once I got there Luis was able to remove the old unit in less than 5 minutes, contact the distributor and order me the same remanufactured unit that included installation for $ 500.00 dollars. this was the exact same remanufactured unit that Chrysler wanted $ 1250.00 dollars for installed. [redacted] was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone that needs their car stereo system repaired.
