To whom it may concern:Miss *** called the clinic to make a appointment we gave her one for September 1,2016.I told the patient that we were not going to be accepting Adult patients with DSHS starting onSep ,but we scheduled patient before then so we accepted herPatient did show up
for herappointment She didn't want any treatment done but the Doctor, advised her that it was onlygoing to be Exam, X-rays and CleaningPatient was very nervous and requested Nitrous Doctorlet her know we don't provide Nitrous for cleaning or full exam which that's what we did for heron Sep 1, And she was fine with that so doctor did her examPatient was done with her exam ,X-rays and cleaning the Dental Assistant brought her to the front desk like we do to all of ourpatientsFront desk was trying to schedule her an appointment for her fillings patient said tosend out a pre Authorization to DSHS for Nitrous, front desk told the patient I don't know if wesend out for that so miss *** got upset and she wanted to talk to the ManagerI told thepatient I will let the manager knowSo the patient left without making an appointment a fewdays later patient called wanted to talk to the manager , The manager talked to her and let herknow we don't send pre Authorization for Nitrous once again patient got upset and yelled.Manager let the patient know she is more than welcome to look for a different Dental Office thatwill give her NitrousTherefore we will not be seeing in our officeThere are thousands ofDentist which will be willing to treat herWe have stopped taking patients with DSHSIf youhave any further Questions Please contact our office .Sincerely,
