I have engaged All Care Landscaping services for about 10 years and I am so pleased with all their work. The workers are efficient, hard-working, and professional. I highly recommend All Care. I am always amazed at how good my property looks when they have completed a job as simple as lawn mowing. They clean up and leave no trace that they were there except for the good looking landscape. If you are looking for someone to help with all your landscape needs, try All Care.

Review: This company was hired by myself to do landscaping work for me. The items that was repaired was seed in the back and SOD in the front. my first problem with the company is that the only refuses to return my calls. secondly, they used a seed that consisted of more weeds than grass. now I have a lawn full of weed, which I had before that was the purpose of me hiring them. I express to the landscaper to use a seed that had only 2-4% weed. The sod they installed was beautifully installed until it started getting holes in it. the flowers they planted are all dying or not growing. I have tried to contact the company over 30x and they will not answer my calls to fix this horrible problems. I paid them over $3,400 and I expect for it to look like $3,400. If I wanted it doable I would have hired some random Joe off the street to do it for $300.00.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to either do it over or give me a refund.

Dear Sir or Madam:

Thank you for sending to us this complaint, which we have reviewed with all of the employees connected with the job in question. We wish to respond in the following manner.

The landscaping work that was ordered was all installed to industry standards and we as a company have not deviated from those standards in this case. For example, the plants used were purchased from [redacted], a highly respected nursery which uses quality stock. The sod used on the job in question was freshly cut from the sod farm on the same day as the installation. The grass seed used comes from the [redacted] and is certified to have NO weed seeds in it.

Regarding [redacted]'s complaints about not answering phone calls, we are a bit perplexed by this. There are times when no one is in the office, or are on other phones when someone calls. But we have a voice mail service that allows all callers to leave a message. On those occasions when [redacted] left a message her calls were returned. If she didn't leave a message, we have no way of knowing whether she called. And in the event someone calls after normal business hours, again the voice mail is available to all callers.

The installation manager did come out to visit the job site to check out [redacted]'s concerns. In fact, he came several times. Now there are many variables which no landscaping company can control if newly-laid sod and/or grass is not growing: improper mowing, over-watering or under-watering, or excessive traffic on the new sod/grass. Plant life is also dependent upon proper watering. All customers are informed of watering procedures but we have no idea if these instructions are being followed or not. Foot traffic on new lawns will definitely hamper growth.
