Refrigerator not turning on. *** from All Care Maintencae and Repair diagnosed as the mother load not working. Second appointment came to change the mother board was surprised that the board was "not burned or anything". There I was already questioning how he didn't see that the first time. if he actually saw the board. He said doesn't mean that it working he said. So I went with it. Now, the refrigerator still did not turn on after the new board was installed. After he looked at his phone, he pried the from panel open, excused himself to get a softer tool ( came back with a spatula for like what you use to spacle a surface) pried and pried it but won't open and looks like he just going to break, said that he needed to excuse himself since he is very well street out today and he needed to re-group. and I said I understand, I only wanted the refrigerator to be fixed. He came back packing and said his boss told hime to leave because that was not one he could fix. OMG!!!!!
He was the only technician that does the refrigerator from the company!!!!! So I paid the company to diagnose and fix yet the diagnoses was wrong (for he doesn't know what he was doing!!!) and now fled because he could not fix it!!! I could not make this up!!!!!
