Revdex.com: I would like to reject the offer of Arbitration for complaint ID [redacted] Thank you for this offer, but have decided to take this business to Small Claims Court as it is going to take more money than we gave them as a deposit to clean up the mess with the painting and all the tile they have put into our homeOur insurance company has paid for this restoration and as the tile has been damaged by them and has to be removed and purchased againThe painting has to be cleaned up and redone and our insurance isn't going to pay for it and we do not have that kind of money to throw good after badIf it had been done right in the first place then nothing would have to be redone and we would have our two functioning bathroomsAs it stands now, the two bathrooms are not in a condition to be used as they should beAll Care Restoration had over a month of trying to work out what was going to be done about them putting the wrong tile in our bathroom and laundry areas and every time I asked them what was going to be done, their response was that they didn't know who was going to pay for the removal and re-installment of the tileAs far as I can see, they didn't want to take responsibility in their part of not checking to make sure they had the correct tile before installing, therefore, leaving me with the wrong tile on my floorIf you place this complaint as closed, I hope that people can see that they have an unresolved issue with a client Sincerely, [redacted]
