Had my vehicle towed to All Care Transmission during the first week in October, Paid a large monetary percentage upfrontWas told that my vehicle would be ready within weeksThe owner's deadline expired, so I was in touch immediatelyWas told that it would be finished within two daysThen, the owner kept giving excuses & dates for the car to be repairedAfter I told him I was going to call the sheriff's department, my car was returned that eveningWithin less than miles, the car broke down and had to be towed backThe owner declared that he was going to "fix it this time like it should have been fixed in the beginning." Had my vehicle towed to All Care Transmission during the first week in October, 2015. Paid a large monetary percentage upfront. Was told that my vehicle would be ready within 2 weeks. The owner's deadline expired, so I was in touch immediately. Was told that it would be finished within two days. Then, the owner kept giving excuses & false dates for the car to be repaired. After I told him I was going to call the sheriff's department, my car was returned that evening. Within less than 50 miles, the car broke down and had to be towed back. The owner declared that he was going to "fix it this time like it should have been fixed in the beginning." Nonetheless, the transmission failed again. I believe the 24 months warranty is a scam to get people to come there, because if you make it 100 miles, you have excelled. After further research, the owner was listed in "[redacted]" for similar offenses. Then, I later read on [redacted] where he was advertising to work in a shop in [redacted]. This owner gives people the "run-a-round." Whatever you do, DON'T take your car there. He loves outright cash, and makes false promises.","neg-1

Had vehicle towed to Allcare Transmission and Engine Repair in Goldsboro, NC on Jan 29th 2016 per conversation with owner [redacted] to rebuild engine. Owner stated that he would need about half of quote repair to order partsq and other initial expenses. Took owner the money on Jan 30th. Received receiipt for 800.00 from [redacted] and was told that it shouldn't take long because he had "just completed" a similar vehicle and was "pretty simple" to fix. Since owner received money attitude, phone returns and even contact information changed. Kept giving excuses false dates for car to be repaired. Finally sent "very disturbing" text on March 9th and was told to "chill out and stop bothering him or things would get ugly".Desired SettlementAt this point I have no confidence in this business and would request all monies paid to [redacted] be fully returned.
