Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Again the auto dealership is being dishonest and fraudulentI see that the documents they submitted have been stamped for the 10th, however I signed all documents on the 12th both with the dealership and the finance companyI didn't even get the call from the salesman that I was approved for financing until the late afternoon early evening of the 11th (have several witnesses to call) so not sure how they think I could have signed to purchase the car before being approvedWhen I arrived on the 12th for my scheduled signing for purchase at 9am, I had to wait an hour before someone from another dealership (next door) help get things rollingI worked all day on the 10th as well when the dealership said I signed for car and I live an hour away so not possibleI had my year old daughter with me on the 12th for the signing as well and went directly to the finance company from the dealership as directedThis is the final response I have to the dealershipIf they don't decide to do what is right I will be following up with my attorney and DMV etcAlso I screenshot the ad on my phone on the 9th of February with the same price of $crossed off and marked down to $Sincerely, [redacted]

Again, we have at least three signed documents by the customer with the purchase price clearly stating $8,The question is, did the customer show interest in this vehicle and initiate the purchase under the impression of the price being $8,or $6,995?

At the time when this vehicle was sold to this customer, the ad price was $8,995 which they came in on and this was a special price reduced from $9,995 which is the current market value on this vehicle. All the documents at time of sale, such as purchase order, which was signed from both parties has...

the sales price of $8,995 and the customer took her time to read and agree with this. 
At a later date, after this car was sold, our online advertiser reduced the price further by mistake not knowing that this vehicle was already sold and the reduced price wasn't even supposed to be on this Tribeca which we took care of and removed as soon as this was brought to our attention. Again, this was after the fact the vehicle was already sold and delivered.
When customer called us regarding this matter, we did offer to give her full refund if she is not happy with her purchase, which we always strive for, and take the car back but this offer was denied by customer.
