What a great experience! I was expecting to have to be at my house for several hours and they were done in less than an hourThey were extremely efficient and were even courteous enough to call and let me know that they were running about minutes lateI would use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs the services that they provide

This company is the best. We received our new pool yesterday. They were so easy to work with. Held true to their word about installation and quality of the product. We are really happy with these guys. If any one needs a pool, pool service or spa's this is your company.

They were extremely efficient and were even courteous enough to call and let me know that they were running about 10 minutes late. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs the services that they provide.

After making the rounds of the Charlotte area hot tub dealers, we found Absolute Installations on [redacted]. These guys are not salesmen who just happen to be selling spas, they are true pool and spa professionals who really know their stuff. Very responsive, they returned every email and phone call promptly. They answered our many questions fully and patiently. They spend most of their time working on installations, but were very accommodating in making appointments to see their hot tubs at their warehouse in Fort Mill, as well as in delivering to our home.

I honestly can't remember the last time I've dealt with anyone with more integrity and professionalism than Rod - honest, responsive, and knowledgeable... and we are loving the Alps Spa as well.

Review: On Thursday May ** 2014 I went to this store on my lunch break to purchase a universal charger. Before I purchased the charger I informed the man behind the counter that my phone is special and it only works with certain chargers. He tested my phone with his charger and it worked. I asked the gentleman behind the counter can I return the charger if it does not work he stated yes. I was told not to rip the box if I wanted to return the item. Once I was informed I could return the item that is when I purchased the Universal Charger.On May *, 2014 at approximately 12:45pm I tired to return the charger. I the man behind the counter who seemed like he was the owner was very nasty. I proceeded to explain to him what happened and he stated that the receipt states that all sales on accessories are final. I explained to him that before I purchased the equipment I asked the gentleman can I return the product and I was told yes. He first told me that the he could fire the man for telling me that and then he asks what the guy looked like. He told me that I would have to come back when the man I purchased the charger from is at the store which will be on Monday May **, 2014. Finally he called the man that was working yesterday and asked him if what I am say happened and he told him no.I am very upset and frustrated. I do not like to be called a LAIR. I would have never purchased the charger if I would have known that all sales are final on accessories. I do not have a Metro PCS Service. My carrier is Sprint. The only reason I purchased this charger from this store is because my current charger stopped working that morning and my phone was about to die.Desired Settlement: I would like the store to give me what was promised a refund. I would have never purchased the equipment if I wasn't told that I could bring the charger back. If the store policy is not refunds on All Accessories they need to post a sign in the store somewhere so the customer can see it and the service associate should also inform the customer of this rule. I was not informed of this information until I tried to return the product.
