All Cellular South Florida (authorized Metro PCS)

Customer service was terrible, they also apparently sell products under the guise of the carrier in which they're selling the product for although it's not a product from the carrier it's some refurbished garbage that they try to pawn off otherwise, I would highly advise not purchasing from this retailer

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I went to this store today because neither of the phones on my family plan were operable I arrived at 3:50pm As I entered the All Cellular store, the employee (who sid his name was ***) blurted out, "We're closed!" The front door was unlocked and [redacted] was wearing a backpack and not working on anything at all I asked "***" what time the store closed today He said the store closed at 4pm I explained what the problem was with my phone He said that I should call Metropcs I explained that I couldn't call Metropcs because my phones didn't have service He responded with, "Well I can't help you" I said, it's not yet 4pm Can't you just make a phone call to Metrpcs for me? He said, "No I can't It's o'clock to me" I exited the store, went to my car and tried to access Metrocs WiFi to no avail I watched as [redacted] stood in that same spot for at least another minutes Then he closed up the shop and walked off I will NEVER give this store my business again and I will be certain to share this experience with everyone I come across He didn't even try to act like he wanted to offer good service
