I do NOT recommend this company for transportation from the Sanford Airport going to any Universal Studios Hotel, (or any hotel for that matter) I recently booked and contracted with this company to pick my wife and I up at the Sanford Airport and take us to the [redacted] at Universal When we arrived at their airport, there was no sign of the driver I called the company and the person I spoke with informed me that he was the new sub-contractor manager He asked for my confirmation number and wanted to know when I booked the transportation (it was booked weeks prior to our trip) He gave me the number to our "driver" and said to call him and see if we can get a refund I called three times and got no answer from the "driver", to which I then called the original person back to request another vehicle be dispatched to pick us up, and he said no, that he has no other cars available He then proceeded to get angry with me for talking to him because, "I'm with a customer, I'm driving and can't talk to you", then hung up We were tired, hungry and just wanted to get to our hotel We ended up taking a cab ( [redacted] ) which was $and he gave us a flat rate of $for our return trip to the airport This guy was friendly and acted as our "tour guide" throughout the whole ride We may have spent $more using a cab, but at least I know that he is LICENSED as a driver and can be held accountable for his actions I cannot urge everyone enough, All Central Florida Transportation is unethical, unreliable, lacks honor and common decency as a business

DO NOT USE them!!! I had not heard from them before we left from our home airport, so I called to confirm and they said they couldn't find my reservation and would call me backI called them back a few minutes later with the reservation number and told them that if they had not arranged for my arrival, when we arrived we would just use *** - then he said, "oh I thought you were at the airport here- We will be there" - which they were
Unfortunately, on the day of our departure, they did not show up to pick us up from the hotel, and when I called for an ETA, again they could not find my reservation and would call me back in a few minutesWhen they didn't call me back, I called them and was told that the car would be there in about minutesA few minutes later, I got another call telling me that the car wouldn't be there for another 1/hour(minutes after my scheduled pickup time)I told them that was completely unacceptable as we had a flight to catch, and he had the nerve to counter with "You'll get there in time to make your flight." After not so calmly explaining to him that that would not do, he said he would refund the charge and we instead got a car through bell servicesWhat a nightmareThey go by a bunch of different names and websites - so be careful if the price you are seeing seems too good to be trueAt the bottom of the sites (and emails) you will see the All Central Florida Transportation umbrella name

He gave me the number to our "driver" and said to call him and see if we can get a refund. I called three times and got no answer from the "driver", to which I then called the original person back to request another vehicle be dispatched to pick us up, and he said no, that he has no other cars available. He then proceeded to get angry with me for talking to him because, "I'm with a customer, I'm driving and can't talk to you", then hung up.

We were tired, hungry and just wanted to get to our hotel. We ended up taking a cab ([redacted]) which was $97.00 and he gave us a flat rate of $80.00 for our return trip to the airport. This guy was friendly and acted as our "tour guide" throughout the whole ride.

We may have spent $40 more using a cab, but at least I know that he is LICENSED as a driver and can be held accountable for his actions.

I cannot urge everyone enough, All Central Florida Transportation is unethical, unreliable, lacks honor and common decency as a business.
