How do I reopen this complaint?? The owner of the business has not called, emailed or texted me.? All is want is my money back that he has had for almost a year now.Thank You [redacted] CC: to [redacted] ? to keep you updated on Complaint # [redacted]

I have worked this problem out with Mr [redacted] as he indicated to me he has talked to the Revdex.com and made them aware of our agreement ..any qeustions please call me anytime? [redacted] as my rating is very important to me and my business thank you and have a great thanksgiving

In respone to complaint filed from [redacted] the prints went to board times before they were passed then we could not pour the footer untill the weather warmed up the footer was poured and the block was installed the inspector passed the foundation then we started framing had walls up and beam installed then the inspector came out and said block was to high and red flagged the job said we have to take back down framing and cut inches off the block even though the block passed inspection? witch I intended to do but he cancelled on me Mr [redacted] was very inpatient through out this whole project as he does not understand additions take time to complete he was constantly texting me and my workers everyday? I never gave Mr [redacted] a completion date as I cannot control the weather I have more then $30,in this project and I intend on giving him the difference back as he agreed I could do in payments also I could keep 25% of the contract price witch clearly states on the back of my contract I didnt quit the job he cancelled or I would have got this project completed there was alot of changes and extras on the job witch were not included on the original contract that Mr [redacted] agreed to pay any qeustions regarding this complaint please feel free to call me anytime at? I am rejecting this response because: The contractor stated he was out at the house working every day when in fact we have proof he was notWe also paid in full even though #of his contract stated the remaining balance would be due upon completionWe have tried to reach an agreement with the contractor for a repayment plan to accommodate him on numerous occasions. He initially agreed to pay back to 10k a month with interest until the $40,was paid backHe has since gone back on his word, stating he doesn't know when or how much he can pay back each month. (Please see attachments) We need to come to an agreement with the contractor on how to receive our money back in a timely manor

The business owner will call the consumer today and work with him on a reimbursement plan. The business owner will also contact the Ohio Attorney General to update them
