Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The house is part of an LLCI am a quarter owner of the Property [redacted] is not the owner and signed work orders under information [redacted] was told that she would receive money due to faulty work completed by prior contractors and therefore was DUPED into making unnecessary upgradesAll of the furniture was stolen out of the houseShe was told with all the money coming in from the various lawsuits she could easily buy new furnitureAdditionally, repair receipts were provided and continue to be provided to this company and still no repairs madeThere is over 30K in repairs still neededEverything this company provided in the rebuttal is untrue and again statementsWe paid over 900K and still 30k in damage existsThis company changed it's name and moved out of the [redacted] areaThis complaint is valid and should serve as a warning to all who attempt to engage The enclosed attachment shows the inspection we had to get done outlining this company's faulty work Regards, [redacted]

notice today as I have movedIt was forwarded to my new address, which is *** *** ** *** *** ** *** so that is why I am responding past day deadlineSecond of all, I never performed any work for an *** *** the individual who filed this complaintMy company did in fact work on a home of *** ***, who is the one who owns the home, signed all negotiated contracts, and paid me accordinglyThe letter states that I received WELL OVER $900,and before any job was completed I had said moniesThat is completely untrueThe number I received was substationaly lower, and it was paid in increments according to various contracts, as my company worked on this home for approximately monthsI have stayed in touch with *** since completing this job, and she has never expressed any concernsI have SIGNED contract from 3/25/when job was completed from *** stating that all proposed work has been completed and no balance is due on either endNo one has ever reached out to me for any repairs nor are there any lawsuits pending that would prove thisThis job has been off my mind and completed for nearly a year now, and all three apartments in the home have had tenants

All of the furniture was stolen out of the house. She was told with all the money coming in from the various lawsuits she could easily buy new furniture. Additionally, repair receipts were provided and continue to be provided to this company and still no repairs made. There is over 30K in repairs still needed. Everything this company provided in the rebuttal is untrue and again false statements. We paid over 900K and still 30k in damage  exists.
