The company was told that a chimney would be demolished and placed in the dumpsterFurthermore my neighbor advised me that the driver hit their retaining wall and it needed to be repairedThe driver knew he hit the wall because my neighbor observed him trying to fix the blocks that had come loose

As stated before it is protocol to collect for overweight dumpsters, to this date we have not and will not be collecting any overweight charge from you as we want to keep all of our customers happy,also this is the first time every hearing of any neighbor of yours with any issue, nobody has ever contacted us
I will consider this issue closed as you were never charged and additional fee for overweight fee

I should not be billed for a rain soaked dumpster because of their late Pike-Up
