Roger R** is an excellent inspector He took the time to thoroughly discuss the issues, answered questions, discussed repair options and even had referrals available He helped me understand the need for the repairs, not just what was wrong and how to fix it That helped me prioritize future work He even pointed out items of concern that weren't really issues, but ways to improve certain things for the future
