We have spoken with the customer and have scheduled her delivery for tomorrow As a consideration for the frustration she experienced in scheduling this delivery, we are providing her with a $discount as per her request, which is equal to half of the total delivery cost

After speaking with the customer, we have provided the requested $refund and also have paid $to settle the customer's claim for two damaged items ($in total) He has said this resolution is "satisfactory" and is now just waiting for out check to arrive in the mail
