Since she complained about the first pressure washing that supposively my crew did a terrible job I decided to pressure wash the house myself to make sure it was done rightWhy she is even bringing about the first pressure washing that happen in the fall of is beyond me because I rewashed it a second timeAnyways her reasoning behind the house being poorly washed is she thought we should be able to clean dirt stains that have been there for or more years that have been embedded into the texture aluminum sidingTheir isn't a pressure washer made in the world that could remove yr dirt stains and thats what I told her that we wash the house first to remove surface dirt or chalky sections of the house to make it bondable for the paintShe didnt seem happy with my answer, but thats what is states on her contract alsoThe scheduling was delayed for painting because of the weather was terrible for most of the entire month of May so that is why and also it states on her contract that scheduling is never guaranteedThe first day we started work I told [redacted] that we would be at the jobsite in late afternoon because we were finishing another job right down the street from herI dropped off a worker at her house to do some prep work at around 230pm, but I still had hours of work at the other house I was finishingWhen I finally finished the other job I immediately went over to Linda's house and when I arrived my worker informed me that the customer was very mad and she and her daughter were asking him all kinds of questions he could not answer, but they basically were bad***ng himMy worker kept telling them that my boss would be there and could answer their questions when I arrived, but I guess that wasnt good enough for them and they repeated with asking the worker questionsI knocked on the door and went inside and asked what the deal was and [redacted] started complaining about how the worker couldnt answer any questions and how we were suppose to be out last year and why are we so late in getting her job paintedI informed her I cant control the weather and we just started painting house that week and I still have other houses that need to be painted from last year, but we had terrible weather for the month of MayWell she didnt really care so I even offered to give her phone numbers of customers still waiting to get their houses painted too, but she declined that so I dropped the issue and moved onAt this point in time I needed her to sign off on new colors her daughter picked because [redacted] couldnt make up her mind about colors [redacted] signed off on the new colors and then all of sudden her daughter wanted to keep the old colors so we had to change it again and resign......at this point in time I knew these two women were going to be a pain the whole jobI think I offended the daughter because I wouldnt let her do the signing of new colors because it was Linda's name on the paperworkAnyways [redacted] complained some more about her house should have been painted a long time ago and about the worker outside........who they basically harrassed the whole time I wasnt there! I told her we were going to do another hour of prep work and then leave and come back the next day to spray trimWhen we were getting ready to leave I had my worker knock on the door to inform them we were leaving and the daughter answered the door and my worker told her we were leaving and the daughter said " I don't give a ***" real classy right? My worker told me this when we got back to the office and I wanted to call [redacted] and cancel the job after thatI dont work for people that dont have any respect for me or my workers on the jobsiteThe worker told me to just forget it because he didn't want me to have another issue with this customerI had a hard time not making that call, but I let it go and moved onWe arrived the second day and caulked and sprayed all the windows around her house like it was listed on the contract and sprayed all the trimThe issue with the garage door is [redacted] had to leave and I told her I was going to paint the front window to match the other windows, but it has a unbondable finish right now so I have to lightly sand it to make the paint stick and she said okayAt lunchtime my worker told me that before [redacted] left she asked him why he was masking off the garage door and he said because were painting it and she said " I didn't know he was going to paint that, but okay" now at that time if she didn't want me to paint the garage door then why didn,t she tell me before she leftAnyways we stayed and got all the work done that we could and leftArrived to finish the job the next day and Linda, daughter, daughter's boyfriend were out front when we arrived standing by the garage doorI went over and asked if something was wrong and [redacted] started complaining about the garage door be painted and showed me a dent that we must have done on her soffit and showed me a little spot that the paint wasn't prepped good enoughI told her we didnt put any ladders by the dent because nothing was high in that area and you knew about us painting the garage doorShe just kept complaining about how ugly the garage door looked and we have to repaint itHonestly at this point in time I was done nothing, but complaining about everything we do and the daughter saying to [redacted] off, and now we put dents in your house when I know we didntI knew at that point in time nothing would make these people happyI told my worker to take all the paper off the windows that we masked and we were cleaning up and leaving and they could hire someone elseBefore we left I confronted the daughter's boyfriend and told him what she said and while doing so she came out of the house and denied it and I told her what she to my worker and didnt realize her kid was standing around the corner......which I said sorry for to her boyfriend when he asked me not to swear round the kidAt this point the daughter took off in her car and before we left I told the daughter's boyfriend that we couldnt take off the paper on the window till tonight, but when you do take a razor blade and cut the seal of paper so it doesn't pull the paint offObviously they didn't listen and that's why the one window peeledI also want to add she questions the quality of are work, but she know within the last yrs I have painted over other houses on her street alone and it's funny how beautiful they all look and not one problem! These people from the start never gave me a chance to do my job and belittled my worker and were just plain impossible to deal withThe daughter didn't like us and brainwashed her mom into creating problemsShe gave us deposit, but between the paint, pressure washings, caulking entire house, and spraying trim I estimate we earned at least 1200.00, so she will be not getting any deposit back and is aheadI have been in business for over yrs and my company has sprayed over 2,houses in that time and I'm one of the most respected painting contractors in Northeast OhioI have a top of the line rating with both the Revdex.com and [redacted] ***Tim M [redacted] (President of All City Painting)

I must say I'm shaking my head the whole time I'm reading this complaint! Lies.....Lies......Lies is all I can say. Let me tell you the truthful story and will go from there.  First of all I never dealt with a [redacted].....dont even know who that is. I dealt with a [redacted], anyways...

when we pressure washed her house in mid October we had every intention of doing her house, but the weather took a turn for the worse and we rescheduled her for spring time for early May and she was told that and agreed. I told her we would rewash the house before painting......which we did! Since she complained about the first pressure washing that supposively my crew did a terrible job I decided to pressure wash the house myself to make sure it was done right. Why she is even bringing about the first pressure washing that happen in the fall of 2014 is beyond me because I rewashed it a second time. Anyways her reasoning behind the house being poorly washed is she thought we should be able to clean dirt stains that have been there for 15 or more years that have been embedded into the texture aluminum siding. Their isn't a pressure washer made in the world that could remove 15 yr dirt stains and thats what I told her that we wash the house first to remove surface dirt or chalky sections of the house to make it bondable for the paint. She didnt seem happy with my answer, but thats what is states on her contract also. The scheduling was delayed for painting because of the weather was terrible for most of the entire month of May so that is why and also it states on her contract that scheduling is never guaranteed. The first day we started work I told [redacted] that we would be at the jobsite in late afternoon because we were finishing another job right down the street from her. I dropped off a worker at her house to do some prep work at around 230pm, but I still had 2 hours of work at the other house I was finishing. When I finally finished the other job I immediately went over to Linda's house and when I arrived my worker informed me that the customer was very mad and she and her daughter were asking him all kinds of questions he could not answer, but they basically were bad[redacted]ng him. My worker kept telling them that my boss would be there and could answer their questions when I arrived, but I guess that wasnt good enough for them and they repeated with asking the worker questions. I knocked on the door and went inside and asked what the deal was and [redacted] started complaining about how the worker couldnt answer any questions and how we were suppose to be out last year and why are we so late in getting her job painted. I informed her I cant control the weather and we just started painting house that week and I still have other houses that need to be painted from last year, but we had terrible weather for the month of May. Well she didnt really care so I even offered to give her phone numbers of customers still waiting to get their houses painted too, but she declined that so I dropped the issue and moved on. At this point in time I needed her to sign off on new colors her daughter picked because [redacted] couldnt make up her mind about colors. [redacted] signed off on the new colors and then all of sudden her daughter wanted to keep the old colors so we had to change it again and resign......at this point in time I knew these two women were going to be a pain the whole job. I think I offended the daughter because I wouldnt let her do the signing of new colors because it was Linda's name on the paperwork. Anyways [redacted] complained some more about her house should have been painted a long time ago and about the worker outside........who they basically harrassed the whole time I wasnt there! I told her we were going to do another hour of prep work and then leave and come back the next day to spray trim. When we were getting ready to leave I had my worker knock on the door to inform them we were leaving and the daughter answered the door and my worker told her we were leaving and the daughter said " I don't give a [redacted]" real classy right? My worker told me this when we got back to the office and I wanted to call [redacted] and cancel the job after that. I dont work for people that dont have any respect for me or my workers on the jobsite. The worker told me to just forget it because he didn't want me to have another issue with this customer. I had a hard time not making that call, but I let it go and moved on. We arrived the second day and caulked and sprayed all the windows around her house like it was listed on the contract and sprayed all the trim. The issue with the garage door is [redacted] had to leave and I told her I was going to paint the front window to match the other windows, but it has a unbondable finish right now so I have to lightly sand it to make the paint stick and she said okay. At lunchtime my worker told me that before [redacted] left she asked him why he was masking off the garage door and he said because were painting it and she said " I didn't know he was going to paint that, but okay" now at that time if she didn't want me to paint the garage door then why didn,t she tell me before she left. Anyways we stayed and got all the work done that we could and left. Arrived to finish the job the next day and Linda, daughter, daughter's boyfriend were out front when we arrived standing by the garage door. I went over and asked if something was wrong and [redacted] started complaining about the garage door be painted and showed me a dent that we must have done on her soffit and showed me a little spot that the paint wasn't prepped good enough. I told her we didnt put any ladders by the dent because nothing was high in that area and you knew about us painting the garage door. She just kept complaining about how ugly the garage door looked and we have to repaint it. Honestly at this point in time I was done nothing, but complaining about everything we do and the daughter saying to [redacted] off, and now we put dents in your house when I know we didnt. I knew at that point in time nothing would make these people happy. I told my worker to take all the paper off the windows that we masked and we were cleaning up and leaving and they could hire someone else. Before we left I confronted the daughter's boyfriend and told him what she said and while doing so she came out of the house and denied it and I told her what she to my worker and didnt realize her kid was standing around the corner......which I said sorry for to her boyfriend when he asked me not to swear round the kid. At this point the daughter took off in her car and before we left I told the daughter's boyfriend that we couldnt take off the paper on the window till tonight, but when you do take a razor blade and cut the seal of paper so it doesn't pull the paint off. Obviously they didn't listen and that's why the one window peeled. I also want to add she questions the quality of are work, but she know within the last 5 yrs I have painted over 8 other houses on her street alone and it's funny how beautiful they all look and not one problem! These people from the start never gave me a chance to do my job and belittled my worker and were just plain impossible to deal with. The daughter didn't like us and brainwashed her mom into creating problems. She gave us 750.00 deposit, but between the paint,2 pressure washings, caulking entire house, and spraying trim I estimate we earned at least 1200.00, so she will be not getting any deposit back and is 450.00 ahead. I have been in business for over 25 yrs and my company has sprayed over 2,000 houses in that time and I'm one of the most respected painting contractors in Northeast Ohio. I have a top of the line rating with both the Revdex.com and [redacted]. Tim M[redacted] (President of All City Painting)
