Dear [redacted] We are very sorry that you lost your phone in an All City Taxi as you have written in this complaint none of the taxi companies are responsible for lost items it is noted inside each cab As we have requested from you do you know the cab P# also we always send a general message to all drivers working a message of the lost items and provide the customer with the lost and found phone for the [redacted] Parking Authority for taxi and limos ###-###-#### Sorry that you feel that you were hung up on but we did all we could and we have a high call volume therefore we are not able to stay on the phone lines for a long time Once we have taken your number and sent the infoout and reach out to the drivers there is not much else we can do, except hope that the drivers respond directly to you or take the items back to PPA You also must remember customers get in and out of cabs quickly and items are often takenWe hope that you check with the PPA and good luckSincerely, Maria P [redacted] Manager

To whom it may concern and ** ***We are very sorry that your card was run twice...I dont understand why the totals are different but unfortunately the card was ran in the taxi, maybe a malfuntion of the cc terminal All credit cards ran in taxi go to *** company and we have nothing to

[redacted]We are very sorry for the incident that happen to make you late.  However, on July 28, 2014 it was the end of the Muslim holiday and we had fewer taxis working that early morning but that should have not made...

much difference.  We value your business and especially all [redacted] customers.  A few drivers had the job but did not follow through as quickly as they normally do.  We are holding our dispatchers account able for these actions and we will need the actual bill from the airlines to offer you the partial refund since it will be taken from our employees salary.
