Your service made me feel awfulTrulyIt took you HOURS (!!!) to send out your technician to change a flat tire which I would have done myself LONG before he got here (if I did not have other important things to do)When I called [redacted] they told me your company, All City Tow service, would take hour to send your man inQuite a long time compared to [redacted] but I accepted itHowever, in hour, there was still no sign of himWhen I call your company directly, your unhelpful phone rep tells me THEN that it will be ANOTHER minutes before your man gets here! Couldn't All City Tow Service have had the decency to call me on your own once your man had not arrived at my place within the hour? Finally, when he gets here, he is polite, but did not check the tire pressure in the spare tire (donut) before he left - a procedure that most other roadside service providers realize is necessary and helpfulGuess what - I realized AFTER HE LEFT that the tire pressure in the SPARE tire was ALSO dangerously low! I was so desperate that I risked my life and drove miles on that dangerously low pressured tire so I could get to a repair shopWhy did I do that? Because there was NO WAY I was going to be able to wait for possibly ANOTHER HOURS for one of your people to show up to 'help' meIt has been a LONG time since I felt compelled to write like this about a company, but after the NIGHTMARE of an afternoon your 'helpful service' put me through

Your service made me feel awful. Truly. It took you 1.5 HOURS (!!!) to send out your technician to change a flat tire which I would have done myself LONG before he got here (if I did not have other important things to do). When I called [redacted] they told me your company, All City Tow service, would take 1 hour to send your man in. Quite a long time compared to [redacted] but I accepted it. However, in 1 hour, there was still no sign of him. When I call your company directly, your unhelpful phone rep tells me THEN that it will be ANOTHER 25 minutes before your man gets here! Couldn't All City Tow Service have had the decency to call me on your own once your man had not arrived at my place within the 1 hour? Finally, when he gets here, he is polite, but did not check the tire pressure in the spare tire (donut) before he left - a procedure that most other roadside service providers realize is necessary and helpful. Guess what - I realized AFTER HE LEFT that the tire pressure in the SPARE tire was ALSO dangerously low! Because there was NO WAY I was going to be able to wait for possibly ANOTHER 1.5 HOURS for one of your people to show up to 'help' me.
