They did a great job! We were moving from NJ to Ga in a very short time frame and they help me make it happenWe had a trailer we were loading and driving down ourselves and then having them take what we could not fit, but when we went to leave the tailor was to heavy for the truck to pullWe unloaded half of what was in it and called them to come back for itDiana was VERY helpful, she got us on the schedule for a second pick up, added it to the first shipment and they delivered it all days laterThey were even very fair with the price for the additional pick upAndre made sure everything was very well wrapped and handled very professionally! I will not hesitate to call them if we ever need to do this again

Diana was VERY helpful, she got us on the schedule for a second pick up, added it to the first shipment and they delivered it all 2 days later. They were even very fair with the price for the additional pick up. Andre made sure everything was very well wrapped and handled very professionally! I will not hesitate to call them if we ever need to do this again.

Review: We moved to Louisville. I was transferred. I work for the TSA. I chose all city van lines because they are recommended by Revdex.com. They said delivery would be 7-10 days after pickup. It took 35 days to deliver my furniture and belongings. We called them every day after 10 days and the owner wouldn't talk to us or gave us a vague reason .he would not commit himself, as to when the furniture would be delivered, when we actually got him to answer the phone

To make matters mor unacceptable, when the trucker arrive, stated that he could not park as close as he wanted to. He charged us an extra $150 to deliver our furnishings. Nowhere in the contract is there a truck distance clause. I gave him the $150 . At that moment, my furnishings were being held for ransomDesired Settlement: Since We had to stay at a hotel and the extra expenses of not having our furnishings or clothes

Review: the company was contracted to move items from NJ to UT. The contract stated that this would be completed in 21 business days. Pick up day was July *, making July [redacted] the "due date". 1) my items have not be delivered 2) I do not believe the items have even been shipped yet, they have my belongings and 50% of the fee 3) THE COMPANY WILL NOT RETURN MY CALLS, EMAILS AND I HAVE NO WAY TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM my primary reason for complaint is #3. the company previously communicated with me, but now that it is clear that they will not be delivering MY items on time they have stopped communicating with me. I paid 50% at pick up on July *. Now the company has my belongings and my money.Desired Settlement: 1) I need my belongings to be delivered to my new home -I have a baby at home and an [redacted] wife -we shipped items that we need at this time 2) compensation from the company for the prolonged absence of my belongings, in some cases requiring me to purchase new house hold items

Our company All City Van Lines performed relocation services on July *, 2013 for our mutual client [redacted]. The relocation services rendered took place from [redacted] to [redacted].

[redacted] states in his dispute that the items/shipment was not received / delivered to him. On August *, 2013,[redacted] received his shipment, which was delivered to his new residence at [redacted].

We have spoken with [redacted] and apologized any inconvenience. Attached, we are providing a copy of the signed delivery documents, indicating that [redacted] received the items and are now in his possession.

We truly appreciate your assistance in handling this matter. However, at this time this complaint is no longer valid, due to the fact that the items/shipment was delivered and received by our mutual client.
