The time I've done business with this company pricing has been consistent and service average.
My recent experience has been negative. I scheduled service in advance of Memorial Day and I was quoted a price for pool opening.
The service rep arrived at my home to start my pool open with any notice, at the same time the owner text that they had a new policy of getting a $200 in advance of service. As the rep was opening my pool I contacted the owner by phone. I stated I wasn't told about the "New Policy" when I was quoted, we never had any payment issues past and I didn't have any checks. he told me that he wouldn't be able to do the service, that he'd pull me off his schedule and hung up abruptly.
My recommendation with this company is to get everything in writing and / look for a professional service
