This company performed very poor service and demonstrated terribly substandard customer service following their error
On 12/19/contracted with All Clear Plumbing to replace sewer line on a rental property on ***It was agreed that they would start the project on 12/21/Due to the weather, this did not happenI was contacted by project manager Bobby B*** on 12/26/who advised me that they were going to be out on 12/27/Received repeated calls from MrB*** advising that things were moving along and it would be taken care of on 12/27/On 12/29/17, I received a call from my tenant at the property where the service occurred advising that the plumbers had dug up the whole yard and had knocked out the cable line, torn down the fence and ran into a tree in the yard with their equipmentI contacted the office and spoke with Zandra and reported the problems as noted by the tenantsZandra immediately denied that they had done any damage to the property and did not bo
