I get my line rodded every spring I did a complete rodding last yearThey came out, put a inch rodder down my clean out ( Which we have had maintained for years) and min later told me that I had roots and needed a $rod doneTotal time here minAnyone with a clean out knows that when you put a rodder down you get rootsI asked them to put rodder down againThey went half way to sewer and pulled out a lot less rootsDid not clear line like coupon guarantees They offered to put camera down2nd part of SCAMIf you have done this you know what a clean out looks like It always has roots after a yearI declined Total time min I told them that this was deceptive advertising and that they merely do this for the up sell I was speaking with the OWNER at the time! UNBELIEVABLE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE WASTE OF $50.00!

Whenever we need any work done, we always get multiple estimatesOne plumber said my pipes were broken and that he needed to dig up my yard all the way to the city sewer system to replace these pipesAll Clear told us that the pipes in my crawl space were falling apart and needed to be replaced at a tune of $He showed us a picture of something resembling a 'bog' which, according to him, was what my crawl spaced looked likeWhen I checked, the crawl space was perfectly clean and dryA 3rd plumber check and said that everything was ok and all I needed was to have my catch basin cleaned out and nothing else

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2014/05/14) */ On 5-9-we received a request for a service call from this client stating that he had a $coupon and asked what the coupon coveredWe explained to him as we do to every single client that contacts us "The technician will go in through easy access either through a stack in the house or a clean out in the yardThey will attempt to go through that 6" pipe using a 3" cutter up to 110' that will be the price that you see on the couponIf there are any other problems the technician will let you know what the problem is and give you a free estimate before moving forwardAfter explaining to this homeowner multiple times what the coupon covered the home owner agreed to serviceUpon arrival the technician confirmed the same information that the office personnel gave him over the phoneThe service technician then proceeded to rod with a 3" cutter through a clean out in the floorThe service Technician had a hard time at approximately 100' of cable with the 3" cutterService Tech then pulled back cable and downsized to a 2" cutter same thing happened with the 2" cutter at approximately 100' Technician then downsized to a spearhead at that time the spear head was able to get about 10' further into the lineThen the service tech added more cable and was able to go approximately 10' further equaling approximately 120'At Approximately 120' the rod came to a complete stopAt this time the cable was removed from the sewerThe technician inserted camera and located the spot where the rod would no longer go forward, the location was at the sidewalk where the sidewalk was caving in with ground settling around itDue to the pipe being filled with water and debris the technician was unable to see anything in the lineTechnician then suggested to use the hydrojetter (high power water) to blast the blockage clear so we could see what was going onAt that time Tech quoted for all the work that was completed and for the hydrojetting then to use larger cutter bladesClient declined price and requested we do the work for Technician agreed to attempt to do the hydrojetting for if successfulTechnician was unable to get the hydrojetter through the blockage, but was able to get the water to dropAt that time Technician gave an estimate for All Clear to come out and dig up the line to find the problemThe client declined the workAll Clears service tech at this time gave a discount to the client of 50% This morning 5/14/the client called acting inappropriatelyThe owner of All Clear offered to have the service Tech come back out and re-rod the lineClient refused serviceAnd would not say what he wanted us to do to resolve the situationClient repeatedly said that he measured and that the line was only 90'This client does not realize that there is a 1/8" drop per foot in sewer lineHe also states in his complaint that the last company that was out there doing work informed him that his sewer was 150'All clear's owner did end the conversation, but there was by no means any profanity used

This is a complaint regarding this company as they didn't show at all even though they made a commitment I had called this business yesterday since I saw an advertisement about plumbing on saveon.comI received a call this morning by owner Tom who informed me that they will be at my property between 8:00am - 2:00pm for the jobMy toilet was backed up and wanted to make sure that I set everything for them so they can come in and fix itI waited until 12:30pm CST and no word from the company when they will will comeI called around 12:45pm and the company operator informs me that I will receive a courtesy call min agoNo call yetThen at 2:00pm I again called and the person said I will receive a call within a couple of hours or Tom will call me directlyNo calls until 4:00pm and I gave upI called them at 4:00pm and informed them to cancel my appointment and that I will lodge complain this to Revdex.com since you stood me up for the whole dayThe woman bluntly said to go ahead and complain as we wont be coming to your place All - Please beware and do not use this company for your servicesThey don't respect your timeAlso read the other complaints folks have put in so you will know NOT to hire this CHEAT

If you like to overspend for their service, feel free to call All Clear Otherwise, I would recommend you look elsewhere for plumbing help In my opinion their rep overstated the complexity of the repairs and finished in half the time putting their hourly rate at or exceeding those in the medical profession

Used a coupon to clear roots was supposed to be $85, Tech came and poked the root and told me now it is done but if you don't do everything you will have a major problem later, I asked how much it is required to do everything he said total $because it takes a lot of work, minutes later told me done I need $ obviously scam I should never trusted him in one word he said!

What a terrible service company All Clear is They came out several weeks ago when I was flooding was was not the first time I had flooded .........which they mentioned later to me They rodded out with a heavy duty and loud machine for the tune and said I would not need to do it again for awhile and gave me a year warrantyBut then gave me an astronomical quote of over to do my drain tiles repair .Which someone is doing for half the priceSeveral weeks later my basement flooded againI called them and they said it wasn't covered under the warranty I explained if I was not covered for one year warranty why would I pay them just to rod out the pipes DUH !! They did rod it out and were very rude about it saying I didn't deserve it for free total rip off Avoid like the plague I am reporting them to the Revdex.com today as well I will make sure they are run out of town with their cheating ways

Two persons from All Clear come to my home on 9-1-and found from outside 6” clean out vertical PVC pipe that toward house having jammed (grease from shop, mud & toilet paper)They did power rodding and open the blockage and show some blockage come out to 6” outside clean out PVC pipeAfter that as per there coupon call out they did other side i.e6” PVC outside to 6” PVC all the way village main lineAfter both side rodding I paid $ by check per couponHe asked me need to do rodding with bigger cutter outside 6” diaPVC pipeI told no to service technician *** because it was done two year ago by them and not see any roots/issue during power rodding

On 4/14/2015, All Clear Sewer came out to determine if one of my toilets needed to be cleared due to one of the toilets overflowingThe technician, Chris, determined that it was not my toilet, it was roots from the outside tree that needed to be clearedNo problem, this is an association responsibility that I am confident they will take care of this
I asked the technician to take a look at my other toiletChris replaced the fill valve and turned the water back on to test, and found the tank bolts needed to be replacedHe didn't offer to replace them because he didn't have any on his truckI paid him $Then the owner, Tom, told me it would be another $to come back out and replace the tank bolts NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use this company; they are out for the money and really don't care if your plumbing problems are fixed

Service persons were several hours later for scheduled appointment; Service Technician Darrin start double/triple price after arrive, did not honor it's own price, treated customer like dirt

On 9/1/16, All Clear went to Mr*** house to rod his main sewer lineThe technician found there was a defective connection at the cast to clay and recommended that the customer repair the defective connection and extensive rod the line to properly maintenance the main sewer lineThe customer
refused to do any further work other than the basic rodding for $We completed the basic rodding and as our technician was leaving, the homeowner stopped him and said that he wanted the extensive rodding done that the technician recommendedThe technician then re-rodded the line using bigger cutter blades up to 6” and gave a one year guarantee on the outbound line only, due to the defective connection at the cast to clayAfter three months, the homeowner called All Clear stating his toilet was backing up inside the houseWhen making the appointment, All Clear told the customer that if the problem is related to the work the technician did on 9/1/and was covered under the outbound line guarantee, there would be no chargeHowever if the problem was inside and not covered under the guarantee, there would be a charge and the technician would let him know upon diagnosing the issueAt that time, the customer refused to let us come to his house to diagnose the issueWe received the Revdex.com complaint on 1/14/We feel that this complaint has no merit; however as a courtesy to the customer, we called and made an appointment to go back to the homeOn 1/21/our technician went back to the homeowner’s house to re-rod the lineUpon arrival, the homeowner refused to let the technician do any workThe technician called the office to adviseThe customer told the office manager, as he told the technician that he put *** and other chemicals down the drain and also that he, the homeowner, rodded the line himselfThe technician recommended the line to be re-rodded, but the homeowner still refusedAs an owner with 30+ years of experience, we know that no chemicals will properly unclog a sewerWe, as a company, stand behind our workIf the outbound line is blocked, we will stand behind our re-rod for that issueHowever, we feel the customer is trying to get another line rodded for free due to the problem being unrelated to the work our technician had done originally.

Sleazy business! BEWARE!!! I called about replacing a sillcockThey originally told me it would be $1,(average cost $100-200)Since I did not want to pay that much I requested they just cut the pipe and put on a ball valve with an end capAgain I asked “how much”? The All Clear slob said a couple hundred I agreedThe “plumbers” had to go purchase these simple plumbing parts that ALL plumbers typically carry on their trucks and purchase buy the hundreds for a better costTHEN when he wrote the bill he charged me $I said NO WAY! So he said he would apply a famous All Clear “coupon” that I keep reading about in these complaints which dropped the price to $My invoice does not even state the nature of the workIt is an invoice for a clogged sewer line Rediculous! Scam!!! The owner Tom would not return my phone call to discuss

After pulling this invoice and speaking with the owner The owner contacted our technician and spoke with him regarding this situation There should have been more time spent trouble shooting this residence There will be a check cut Tomorrow morning and it will be put in the mail
I hope this resolves any further issues

they will quote you a low price, then when they start the work the price goes up I had to pay $for hours of drain rodding!!! that's ridiculous pricing and I have an open inquiry with the attorney general's office for this price gouging
The owner is rude, called me a liar, and hung up on me!
I was taken advantage of because my sewer line was clogged and I own a multi family building They knew they had me stuck in a corner
steer clear of all clear!!!!
