Case# [redacted]Good afternoon [redacted],I'm following up on this complaint we were not aware it was still in an unresolvedstatus. We did credit [redacted] but the credit card company took 2 weeks or so for thecredit to post on her statement. We contacted [redacted] to assure her the credit hadbeen completed, we then gave her the information to the credit company so shecould call and verify herself that the credit was posted on All Climate's end. [redacted]has not communicated any issues beyond us supplying her with this information.Please let me know if I need to provide further information,All Climate Heating & Air conditioning

We apologize for Mrs. [redacted] misunderstanding of industry standard pricing and because of this we will refund herrequested $300. Local competitors charge up to almost twice the amount for the same service. The most importantthing to our company is that the customer feels they have received value...
