I stored two boxes before I left my high school in New York via this company called All College Storage. I made a request of shipment of those two boxes to my current college on Aug. 20. However, they completely messed up with my storage and have delayed the delivery for a month and more. Moreover they get one of the two boxes lost. My pillow, sheet, and cover and many books and other important stuff are all in that box. However, they give me a call saying that all I can get back is what the insurance has covered a check of a hundred dollars. They say that they will still being looking for that missing box but the chance of it reappearing is very small. That sounds to me that they will simply give up on looking for it and just give me back a hundred dollars.Product_Or_Service: Storage and DeliveryOrder_Number: 6796Desired SettlementI want them to refund the fee of storage and delivery. And they should buy me back all the things lost in that box and pay me a reasonable amount for those that cannot be bought.Business Response Our movers did lose a box of his, and we refunded him $100 as per our policy that is clearly stated on our website. We encourage customers to buy additional insurance to cover the cost of items they are moving @ a rate of 5$/$100 of insurance, and offer $100 base insurance without any payment, but the customer chose not to do so. In the moving business, things get lost sometimes and that is why we have an insurance policy in place. This is all stated in our policy which can be found at the bottom of our website (http://www.allcollegestorage.com) under "Terms and Conditions". The claim that delivery was delayed is felonious- shipping was requested in September, not in August as the customer claims. Here is a screenshot of the shipping claim: http://tinypic.com/r/2ljkokm/8Also, here are links to the FedEx tracking numbers:https://www.fedex.com/fedextrack/WTRK/index.html?tracknumbers=XXXXXXXXXX...⇄ code=us&language=en&fdx=1490https://www.fedex.com/fedextrack/WTRK/index.html?tra...⇄ code=us&language=en&fdx=1490I also spoke with a campus manager who personally testified that he has spoken with this customer "over twenty times" via email and phone, and that the customer was unreasonable in demanding full refunds when our company policy is clearly stated on our website. I am not sure how else to follow through with this customer and welcome any suggestions the Revdex.com may have to offer, but would like for this claim to get resolved ASAP as we have never gotten a Revdex.com claim before and do not wish to have an outstanding claim.Best,[redacted](XXX)-XXX-XXXX[redacted]@allcollegestorage.com
