re: complaint [redacted]I will refund $150.00.However, would like something in writing from James that this matter is resolved and he will not attack me on social media.David H[redacted]All Colors

I have pictures attached of his work being done after my roommate paid him $300 with my absence. At this point of his professionalism that need to be met and improve his work for the better for his future customers that wants his business to take care of their cars. He has not met my expectations at all for the first time, it need to be done properly and maintaining the painting jobs in corrective ways to my satisfaction. That's why, I do not want his business to repeat his mistake to correct it on my behalf. Other auto painting company redo his mistake once again and it has met my satisfaction as expected.
March 21, 2016: I told him in respectfully way to be fairness on my and his behalf regarding his work that has not been met my expectations in any way. I asked him, I would accept $300 to be divided of $150 that I would like my $150 to be refunded. He can keep his $150 for his scope of work that he tried to performed on his behalf. So, I can leave him and his business alone to somewhere else if he is still continuing his work for future customers to ensure that he is doing his professionalism of work ethics to be met for their expectations.
Proof of attached pictures tell everything that you need to think what is the fairness here to be met with your satisfaction in a long run. If he want to continue or move on, it's up to him where I'm trying to help him to understand why and reasons to be told.
I will continue to get this resolved with respect and move on if you have agreed per to my request. Thank you.

Regarding Complaint ID **  [redacted]
I agreed to paint the front bumper of [redacted] 2007 Nissan Altima for $300.00 and touch up gauges in the doors.  I completed the work.  [redacted]' roomate paid me in cash and said the bumper looked good.  [redacted] returned...

from his trip and texted that the bumper looked good but he was unhappy with the touch-up.  I replied by text that a touch-up is not a repair but just a touch-up.  [redacted] is deaf, so all conversations were either in writing or by text.I normally charge $300.00 to paint or repair an entire bumper.  The gauges were touched-up, not filled or repaired.  To repair the 2 doors would be another $500.00.Check around to paint and repair 2 doors, this would have been an extremely fair price.
I went to the [redacted], where [redacted] works, to communicate face-to-face and to look at the car.  [redacted] stated the car was in the shop having the gauges repaired, and demanded I return the $300.00.  All of this was interpreted through a second party, thus all of what I said was texted to [redacted].  So we have proof of what was said on my part.  He never complained about the bumper once, until I told him my normal price for painting a whole bumper was $300.00.  He then started complaining about the bumper.  I told him I would return to see the bumper.  [redacted] replied that it was being fixed and demanded $300.00.
[redacted] kept telling me that he would call the Revdex.com if I didn't return $300.00.  I repeatedly told him to call you, and we would pursue it that way.  I also said I would refund him $50.00 just to make this problem go away.
