We called the customer on 4-18-to return to adjust hose bibThe customer had spoke with our tech and was very upset that the tech had to stop and get parts, The tech informed the customer that he would be there shortyThe customer then called the tech back within mins later wanting to know
why the tech wasn't there yetShe then got very upset and hung the phone up, at that time tech called back to our shop and asked if he should still go by the job and was informed not to go by anymore because the customer hung the phone upThe tech was not able to inform the customer where he was at when he was only a block awayCustomers are all was right to a point but if both parties can't agree this is what the end results end up to be. We are now going to be back to the customer's home on May 1, to resolve the hose bibNo charge will be at this time of serviceWe apologize for you inconvenience.

Well I'm very sorry for this to happen but we are not responsible for the backup of this drain, We cabled the main sewer line of the home not the kitchen drainI will not warranty this matter just because we had nothing to do with the kitchen drain from day oneI'm not not responsible for any
damages done to your sink from a product that shouldn't be going down a drain anyway Drano has acid in the productPlease remove this from our Revdex.comSince this has nothing to with this original service ticket

I am rejecting this response because:? If that was the case why did they agree that they would be out on 1/5/but never bothered to return any of my calls to let me know they did not consider this "under warranty", common courtesy would be for them to return my calls and try to resolve my problem.? When they worked on my house in December, *** took the snake to all drains, both bathrooms and kitchen, why wouldn't that be considered "under warranty"?? I will not remove my comment from the Revdex.com because people need to know what they are getting by using this company, no return calls and not living up to their day warranty stated on my receipt.? This is bad business practice!

She then got very upset and hung the phone up, at that time tech called back to our shop and asked if he should still go by the job and was informed not to go by anymore because the customer hung the phone up. The tech was not able to inform the customer where he was at when he was only a block away.
