This business will not honor their lifetime warranty if you ask for a replacement unit they will ask for an extra $for extended warranty and if you don't pay it they will send you a bunch of bad ECMsTotal fraudulent and crooked business

I recently purchased a rebuilt ECM for my Buick Lesabre from All Computer ResourcesThe car had an idle problem intermitantly and my mechanic finally narrowed it down to the ECM, which by the way, is really not an easy taskThe 'Rebuilt' ECM has just recently been installed and works PERFECTLY! Kudos to All Computer ResourcesI've seen negative reviews for this company BUT most likely it's because the problems others have encountered are really not the computer(s) at all and were most likely one or more of the sensors telling the computer what to doIt's very important that before you buy any computer, you MUST assure yourself that everything else is OK first --- and that's probably a task that you should leave to a professional like I did--- THANK YOU - Computer Resources!

Placed an order for a Jeep PCM
After emailing them a day later to confirm that I could receive the correct part, they said they don't have that part and just haven't removed it from their website yet
They said my money would be refunded within hours
hours later I still have no refund

They send me a bad TCM for my caravan and I have to return it and the charge me restocking fee and the shipping, I put a TCM from somewhere else and my caravan is working now, I don't recommend to get anything from this company,bad customer service

I ordered a cummins ecm on Oct 18, and finally received the ecm about a month later and it didn't work, nothing but codes Returned this ecm the next day and recieved another one on December that also didn't work and came up with even more codes than the first one So I sent the second ecm back on December and requested a refund Our company has called times in the past weeks waiting for our credit that still has not happened as of today Januray 10, and were told that there will also be a 20% restocking fee??????? We purchased another ecm locally, yes more expensive than All Computer Resources, but worked with no problems BEWARE!!!! We lost shop labor time switching out ecms/shipping back an forth, time on the phone, and a pissed off customer because it took soooo long!!!! This in not the way business should be done!

I ordered an ecm form them days ago and was assured they had the part and it would ship in to days, even received notice from UPS of a shipping label being created for delivery of a package todayI receive a call today stating they were not able to ship out a part as the flash wouldn't takeWhy would you sell parts that won't take the service you are offering, an ecm pre-flashed? Why would you wait days after the item was supposed to have been shipped to call the customer and state you weren't sending the part? With all the complaints on this company it is a wonder they are still in business

I felt compelled to write this review after observing all the negativity surrounding not just All Computer Resources, but many other auto electronics remanufacturersI got a confirmed diagnosis for needing a new PCM for my Dodge Caravan from a local ASE mechanicArmed with the knowledge of exactly what my problem was, I ordered the part on the 19th of SeptemberSeven days later, I still did not have tracking info, so I called inIt was a little difficult to get a hold of someone, but they immediately looked up my order and informed me that it was still processing, but they would upgrade me to 2nd day air shipping for my inconveniencedays from the order date, my new PCM arrivedInstalled it yesterday and my vehicle is running fineOther then the longer then expected processing time, I got exactly what I neededI get the feeling that many people who have negative experiences don't get a definitive diagnosis before they order a replacement pieceI dunnoWhat I do know is I was able to repair my vehicle for a 1/5th of the quoted costThanks guys!

I purchased a FICM for my truck. When it finally did arrive, I installed it and my truck ran worse than it did with the original faulty FICM. I contacted All Computer Resources the very next day. I advised them of the issue and that I would like to send it back for a refund. They said ok. I sent the FICM back and called to make sure they received the part. When I received my refund it was 75.00 short of the purchase price. I was advised by All Computer Resources that there is a restocking fee.
This is outrageous! How can a company send you a defective part and charge you a restocking fee?! They will not budge on the issue.
They representatives at All Computer Resources lack in phone etiquette. They do not say goodbye, thank you, etc. All that you hear is a click.
After my encounter with All Computer Resources, I read some reviews online. Needless to say, this is a reoccurring issue for them, among other issues.
I will never do business with All Computer Redources again.

I needed a new computer for my 2008 suburban. After ordering online and installing the computer I had issues with how my vehicle ran. All Computer Resources helped me through some troubleshooting steps and eventually sent me another unit. The second unit wasn't working either, and so All Computer Resources told me that it looked like something else was wrong and they would refund all my money once they received the 2 units they sent me. I did eventually get the vehicle repaired at a shop and it was another issue causing the problems. Throughout my experience with All Computer Resources they were helpful and easy to work with. I did receive a full refund once I sent them the 2 units.

Well, I ordered an ECM for my 02 Durango on the 30th of July and here it is the 9th of August and nothing, nada, zilch!
I have done their "contact us" twice and only got one stupid response.

Wow, I really really wish I would have done some research before paying them $300 for the product and shipping.

Heck, I was just trying to save a few bucks, however, I could have gotten one locally for about $60 more and it would have been done by now!

And of course, like many other complaints, the dang vehicle is a needed truck!!!

DO NOT DEAL with All Computer Resources!

Purchased computer for a Dodge Ram that included a LIFETIME WARRENTY on 04/17/15. Computer was defective upon receipt. All Computer Resouces gave a runaround about returning the defective computer for replacement. Mechanic had to return the item and they took over 2 weeks to replace. When checking status of replacement, they stated that we would then have to buy an " EXTENDED WARRENTY" for an additional $100.00 as the replacement would not be covered under the lifetime warranty when the original item was defective when they sent it to begin with. I was told that the replacement would NOT be guaranteed. We paid $245 + $45 shipping for a fully functional computer.

I understand human error exists, but an ethical company will correct the issue without further inconvenience or gouging the customer for more money for their mistake. We have been short a vehicle for over a month which is crucial to our livelihood.

Ordered PCM on9-4. Labor Day was9-5, so checked with them on 9-6 to inquire about the order. Customer service had trouble finding the order, but when they did, said it should be ready in about 3 days, as advertised on their website. Called 9-9 and [redacted] said that it should go out that day. If not she would make sure it went out 9-12. Called 9-13, still not shipped. Got different customer service rep, said they were behind, but should ship 9-14 and could call back after 5 to get UPS shipping number. Did not ship that day and called 9-15 and still couldn't get a UPS number. Asked customer service rep name of owner, to contact at ACR. He said the owner's name was [redacted], did not know his last name.
Cancelled order. Only thing they did right was did get credit for the order in a few days.

absolute waste of time ordered a ecm for a 2010 camaro which is advertised on there website 2 days go by and I call them to check the status and the lady on the phone says ya we cant do them sorry.. and to make things worse she says there going to process the refund which could take 3 days .. don't waste your time ...

I ordered a pcm, ecm for my dodge 2001 5.9 on Wednesday of last week, I paid for a second day arrival , I never received a part, I called them on Monday of this week and they still haven't processed my order from last week. I called several times and nobody answers, I finally got put on hold, after I got hung up on. I requested my money back . ..
This company is really bad!

I bought a ecu for my 97 jeep GC on 9/30/14 the jeep was stalling on the road, mechanics could not find the problem of stalling. took the Jeep to the Dealers, they said that the problem was the ecu, so I replaced it ... with no problems unit now 8/25/16 starting to stall out again...

In light of the many negative reviews I see scattered elsewher around the web I offer my personal experience and two cents worth of opinion..

The replacement ECM for my Dodge Ram 2500 worked just fine right out of the box... plugged it in, turned the key and down the road I went. Perhaps because THREE times when I called to order one they had me go back and double, triple check that all other possible causes for my random DTC codes (interestingly enough all connected to the same ECM connector) and fried ignition coils were trouble shot properly and eliminated... note that they will not take responsiblity for the ECM not working if YOU THE OWNER/SERVICE TECH have not eliminated the cause for the ECM frying itself in the first place. I'm a long time DIY and PC computer tech... learned a lot more than I ever knew about ECM and troubleshooting thanks to them, I would rate their customer service as TOP NOTCH, based on the time they spent helping me make sure my bad ECM was the actual problem (started after I shorted the coil circuit by running through big puddles and having my aftermarket coil trap water in the connector well causing the short.)
I would suggest that those having problems either don't know enough about what they are doing to eliminate the problems before replacing their ECM blaming failures on the company rather than their their lack of knowledge, experience and/or trouble shooting expertise. (you literally have to be a computer expert and understand computer logic along with engine management systems/sensors to get the diagnostics and trouble shoooting right) So IMHO, those had failure suffered from what we call in the computer business GIGO, garbage in garbage out... if you the buyer don't have the expertise to know what you're doing, don't expect your solution to work, it depends on YOU the customer to get YOUR part of the equation right..
And speaking of after purchase customer service, THREE times they EXTENDED my return period in consideration of the fact I was dealing with major health problems and was unable to get the computer installed and the core returned in the required period of time. If you have an attitude problem, don't expect anyone in business anywhere to do anything but respond with a dose of your own toxic medicine. IF I ever have another ECM/ECU/PCM problem I will be a repeat customer and I already recommend them to all my friends as the place to turn to for help.

Very bad company to do business with. Paid $28 For 2 day shipping and a week later still haven't gotten the part. Part is for work truck so we have been sitting losing money for a week now and it looks lime we will be stting for longer. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. on thete website or from ebay. A big rip off. Thanks for nothing All Computer Resources.

I have read all these negative reports about this company and have no idea who these people were dealing with but I was amazed at the top notch customer service. I spoke with Barbra ( head of the ebay devision) and she answered every question I had like a pro. She was very knowledgeable about the product and was super pleasant to deal with. I never write reviews but these guys deserve two thumbs up for customer service. I hope anyone thinking of doing business with this company finds this review.

my name is [redacted] from las vegas and I actually thought I was going to be scammed after I ordered my ECM and it did not work and I read a few reviews and I thought for sure when the 2nd one came it would not work and I would be trying to get my money back but they sent another right out next day and it worked they are a little tough to get a hold of but they are a legitimate company

electronics are electronics ECMs can be touchy even when dealer installs them
