Review: We contracted for tree trimming and removal in February 2014. The company failed to complete the job and promised us a partial refund. We contacted them numerous times by phone and text message and were promised a refund. Now when we call they just hang up on us.Desired Settlement: To receive a refund of the amount owed to us.

Review: Contracted to take down and remove tree in yard as well as clear away all branches and clean up. Showed up one day and did half the job. 30 days later, half of tree still standing and all branches and limbs laying in yard. Contract was paid in full.Desired Settlement: Complete contracted job as they were paid to do.

Review: During the application of the driveway sealer, the sealer was spilled all over my flagstone steps. I attempted to contact the company multiple times and left multiple messages and anyone has yet to contact me back. I was not made aware that they had spilled sealer on my steps and now I have to hire someone else to remove the sealer(if it can even be removed at all)Desired Settlement: I want the sealer removed off the step

Review: I would like my money back. All County Asphalt & Masonry came to my house to black coat my driveway and fix some pot holes.(5-20-14) I made a remark that I hated what PP&l did to my trees when they were clearing the lines. Micheal said that they also have tree services. He also stated that they have all the equipment to do the job. at this point I said no.They came back and solicited me about the tree removal. I said that I couldn't afford it, they pushed and I finally said yes. He wrote out contract and I have it. the contract is for 2 evergreen trees to be taken down and hauled away. The stumps to be ground and removal of the shavings. I gave them 900.00 They were supposed to start the job on 7-12-14 but showed up 7-13-14. They had someone cutting down limbs and two other people stacking the limbs on my front yard. I questioned why they were stacking it and they said that they would remove the limbs the next day. 7-14-14. Micheal shows up saying that this job was more involved and that they wanted 800.00 more. I said that I didn't have the money. My neighbor was with me at my request because I felt uncomfortable.He(my neighbor) also told Micheal that I made remarks in the past that I wasn't getting the trees cut down at this time because I couldn't afford it. Micheal pushed the issue for over an hour and I said no. He said that he would have to take the hit then for his mistake. I also reminded hom that he told me that he had all the equipment and that wasn't my fault that he said that.Needless to say I call the [redacted] township police and they told me to file this complaint. I also called the [redacted] Police and spoke with Officer [redacted].Needless to say, the limbs are still in my front yard killing my lawn and being an eye sore. I just at this moment called their cell number and his foreman Christopher John [redacted] answered and said that the subcontractor was supposed to be here today.Almost noon.....no one yet.It is now 8-4-2014. After many promises from Micheal and his foreman Christopher [redacted] I still have a huge amount of debris that was taken from both trees. I called the office number and spoke to the manager and Lazit, they said that they would remove the debris but nobody has shown up or returned my calls.Desired Settlement: refund my money

Review: I hired this company to seal my driveway. They finished the job in record time and in the process did not attempt to protect the newly installed siding/garage door of my house. As a result, tar was splattered on the lower 2 - 3 feet of the house. I called and was informed that soap and hot water would easily remove it. I tried that and it didn't. They said they would come out the next day and remove it themselves. No show. I called again and was told that they had some solvent that would remove it easily and would come out the next day. Again no show. Meanwhile I found that a Bug and Tar remover made for cars would remove the tar but it took some effort and several applications to remove the larger spots. I spent approximate 3-1/2 hours to finially get 99% of it removed. The second problem resulted when shortly after they finished it started to rain and unfortunately rained for two days, after which I discovered that parts of the driveway were not sealed. I beleve they should return and seal the surface not sealed the first time. The last two times I've called, even their answering system doesn't respond and messages to call me have gone unanswered. I want to be present when the sealing is done so that I can protect portions of the house that may be close to the work.Desired Settlement: I want them to return and seal the surface not sealed the first time.

Review: On Friday, Oct. 3. 2014, All County Asphalt & Masonry sealed our driveway and did a very nice job. We contracted for them to dig out the dirt between our sidewalk and curb and and lay block in that area. They came on Monday, Oct.3, and dug the dirt. On Oct 4, they laid screening and said they would be back on Wednesday, Oct. 4 to finish the job. At this time, they said they need a deposit of $1000.00 (cash). I guess that should have raised red flags. They have never been back since.Desired Settlement: Would like the job completed or we would like our money back so we can have the job completed by someone else since we feel it's a hazard to leave the area dug out for someone to fall in. They did not rope off with hazard tape.
