I brought my car in to replace the transmission. When I got it back, the alignment was pulling hard to the right. So I brought it back and they swore it wasn't them. Yet I know the car wasn't doing that before. So I had them do the alignment and replace the two front tires which were Goodyear. He said he could get them for me cheaper than what I had previously paid. When I picked the car the up, I noticed there were no-name brand tires on it. When I questioned why he would put no-name tires on without telling me, he became very defensive (which is an admission of guilt) and began lecturing me on how he is not trying to rip me off (which I never accused him of) and how the world wasn't out to get me (as if mechanics have never ripped anyone off before). Then he went on a diatribe how wonderful his life is with his house and his horse. I guess it is when you put Chinese tires on your customer's cars.
