Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was not told in January of about a heater should be installed, I was told that the line should be larger, the only time I was told about a heater is the second visit of and the fact that [redacted] is now neglecting to be honest I do not accept his offer to service my tank for free as I will be getting that done by a reputable company [redacted] Plumbingthe reason the line was freezing is because of the nozzle being almost totally clogged and [redacted] plumbing says you can call them to confirm thisI have not recently gotten back to [redacted] as I am out of work on disability for the shingles which is a very painful and very tiring disease Again it has been very cold over the years and like he even admits only once did they have to come out and yes [redacted] advised kerosene which we did put kerosene so how eric can say we did not is beyond me...I live in this area for yrs and I know what the weather is I don't care what the weather channel says we all know it's not very accurate I know my house also I want some of this money refunded, whatever it would cost to service it I would like refunded so I can use a company of my choosing not one I do not trust otherwise I will continue with my complaint and I will continue to put my reviews up as I feel that is the best way to search for a company by looking for reviews Regards, [redacted]
