You want a leasing company that won’t call you back? Will never let you talk to the actual property manager (just the admin)? Will tell you for 36 days that the unit is being cleaned and when you actually move in, it’s DISGUSTING (dirt, grime, dead bugs, junk in the backyard, paint slopped all over everything in the house), don’t give you all your keys upon move-in, is located in the dirtiest/crappiest office you’ve ever seen? All these warning signs and I still rented from them- DO NOT MAKE THAT SAME MISTAKE. Why I even still went forward with renting from them, I don’t know. Seriously stupid. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT, lie, don’t contact you back. I’d give them a ZERO if I could.

All County Prestige was managing my property and they have performed poorly and have not kept to their end of the deal They withheld the security deposit from the tenant and even after the eviction, they failed to give me back the deposit which I am entitled after legal fees When I asked for all the invoice, it was still short on the remaining balance They are taking their management fees even when the tenant didn't pay any rent, which is not part of the contract In addition, they took months to return the remaining portion of the security deposit, which I had to ask many many times It was very frustrating!! They kept saying that they sent the money by check, while in reality they never sent anything I guess they would wait for the owner/tenant to forget, so they can keep the deposit themselves I would never do business with this company again

Review: This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL group of individuals I have EVER had the misfortune to work with.

First when I called to inquire about a property I was told that the owner of the home was negotiable on the price and was particularly looking for a long term tenant. I was also told that I needed to submit an application ($70 for both adults) before we could talk about price or anything. So my fiance and I submitted the applications and called the next day to negotiate. When I called I was told now that the applications have been submitted there could not be any negotiations. So I asked to speak with the property manager about this issue. I was told that he was on the phone and would call me back. (this was at 11 AM) I received a call at 4:30PM from a woman that was not helpful to say the least. This woman who was not the property manager called me and when I asked if [redacted] (property manager) would be calling me. She said that he was on the phone and would call me or I could stay on the line. She asked me if she could help so I explained the situation to her. (we are looking for a longer lease and trying to knock $50 off the rent price) She told me that the owner is someone they worked with before and that he is a "stickler" so the price wont drop and that he wont let a tenant sign longer than a 12 month lease. (exact opposite of what I was told) So then I asked if [redacted] could give me a call and I was given the option to wait or have him call me back. I chose the option to wait and then was told by the lady that "he was just going to tell me the same thing so why wait?" So then I changed my decision to have him call me. So the next day I waited till 4 30 PM and still no call from [redacted] or anyone from this company. I called the office and unfortunately got the same useless woman. Her excuse this time is that he was very busy and that she cant make him call me. Also for some reason she kept stating that approvals on applications were handled by the owner and the property manager. (this did not pertain to my issue at all) So when I told this lady that I am very busy as well and that my time doesnt need to be taken for granted she stated that he is busy and she cant make him do anything. (kinda sounded childish) so here I am still with no call and I am out of $70. I cannot believe how UNPROFESSIONAL and CHILDISH this company is.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the company refund my $70. I no longer want to do business with this company.
