We always honor a 30 day guarantee as long as it is the SAME issue. We have to keep records for seven years so I find it hard to believe that some one told the client receipts are only available for two weeks Have the client call to speak to the manager [redacted] to see if we can resolve...
the issue. If I find it is the SAME issue a refund will be made.
Review: On May **,2015 I had a stoppage the company serviced the main and the issue was resolved. Today May **,2015 the main was clogged again I called All County Sewer & Drain Inc. they responded unclogged the main I asked them if it was still covered for 30 days they said without the receipt I would have to pay. Due to the fact that I needed the service I agreed to pay I called back the company to see if they had a copy of the invoice they said they don't keep receipt from 2 week ago and couldn't honor the 30 guarantee.Desired Settlement: I would like them to look for the invoice to see that it was less than 2 weeks and pay back the $125 I paid
