As a rental property owner: after a month business relationship with this company, it is only fair to state, that this business is by far the worst management company one can deal withThe agents are unavailable; promises are made but not kept, monies improperly (or not at all) disbursed Borderline embezzlement, book keeping inconsistent or none existingHORRIBLE customer serviceDo not do business with this company!

Because of them I have just a week now to find a place to liveI applied for property which (as they said) was listed just yesterday and no other applications were takesI paid $for application and weeks after received a letter saying that because of my credit report they can't accept my applicationWell, my credit score is so I called them to find out
Jacqueline C*** was taking my application but she's ignoring my calls and emails for a week now
So I called their office and someone named Mara said that we received this message by mistake and our credit report is fine but we "were not chosen for this property" because there was a lot of applicants and someone else got our place (like I said, this was weeks after submitting application and getting ready to move in)
On Thursday they promised to find a way to refund our application fee by MondayIt's Tuesday now and no activity from their side at allI still have no idea where my family going to live starting next weekHotel I guess
