Scam artist. Had to pay 60$ for them to release my car in an area where there were no towing signs posted and then the lady they paid to look for cars to tow wanted to raise the price to 180$ after I had already paid the 60$ for my car almost being towed in an area that doesnt stat anything about parking and towing . she tried to extort me for more money for no reason. and she didn't want to release the car from the lift afteri paid. Scam artist and they deserve to have their license revoked

This company is a complete scam. A few months back I was parked in a guest parking space at my town home when I woke up the next morning I found out my car had been towed by this company because I didn't have a sticker that was mandated by the association for overnight parking. I accepted that and went to the location to happily pay my fee and retrieve my car. If I'm in the wrong I'm in the wrong I'm not afraid to admit that. Even doe I have lived at this property for 9 years and never had something like this happen to me. So I get there to pick up my car, of course you need a registration to pick up the car and mine was in the car were it should be. The gentlemen offered to retrieve it for me, as customers are not allowed on the tow yard, biggest mistake. I told him exactly where it was because I know where it was, the guy comes back with just the top half of the registration saying that this was all he found. Citing everything else that he saw in the car, but could not locate the registration. Of course I went ballistic because I knew my registration was there. After an hour of arguing with the guy he finally decide to release the car to me. Fast forward to this morning. I just got back from picking up my dad from work. Got to the house at exactly 12am I parked my vehicle in front of the dumpster which is located right in front of my house. Came back out around 1am to leave and of course my car was gone. Towed by the same company. Whatever, I wasn't mad for again I was parked where I shouldn't have been. So I go to pick up my car at 8am, I get there, not to mention they were late opening, but to my surprise it's the same gentlemen from the last time. So I said to my wife, here we go again. Get to the guy same scenario as last time. Offers to get the registration out of my car comes back with same nonsense saying that all he found in the car was the top half of the registration. So I called him out and reminded this is the same BS he told me last time. Not to mention just the other day I got pulled over by a cop and had to present my registration which I did and it was attached to that same piece of paper your handing me now. They were trying to keep my car for longer I knew it. I was 1000% certain my registrion was in the car. He made it disappear in hopes that they could keep the car longer and make more money off of me. So I just waited til the DMV opened up got a copy and came back and got my car. But this practice should be illegal. I am leaving this review everywhere that reviews can be left about this company hoping it gets [redacted] down. If this happened to me twice, I can't even begin to imagine how many times it's happened to other people.
