The worker did replace the tiles, but did not fix the problem of the tiles not being level, and added another problem of causing the tile behind the door to crack. It takes a view days after the tiles dry and the excess grouting can be wiped off to notice the problems, which are basically the same as originally mentioned.He did take care of the other complaints, but clearly is not capable of levelling the tiles. After speaking to an outside tile setter we were assured that this problem will always come up if there was no netting placed underneath the tiles from the start of the repair. Since I did not watch him to see how he prepared the sub flooring I have to assume that there is no netting in place. I paid a good amount of money to get this done right, but clearly, it is not happening. I am disappointed to say the least

All County went out to the customer, *** *** and made the necessary repairs. I would also
like to add that she did not attempt to call the office instead called the worker directlyWhen the worker did not respond, she filed the complaint. *** *** did not notify the company at any time, therefore All County was unaware of what she was unhappy with. We have however, made the necessary repairs as she requested

Beyond unprofessional and wouldn't even recommend this company to my enemy. Poor customer service and lack of respect for customers.

Review: The tile work done in the bathroom wasn't done properly. The tiles are not level. Most of the grout is cracking. The pipe that was replaced going to the toilet is to long, putting the shut off value in a very difficult spot. And he somehow knocked the sink off it's silicone seal, so it's loose now.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the titles properly laid down. A shorter pipe coming out of the wall to the toilet. And the sink properly remounted to the wall.

When the worker did not respond, she filed the complaint. [redacted] did not notify the company at any time, therefore All County was unaware of what she was unhappy with.
