All Covered IT Service from Konica Minolta

This company is altering our copy count by astronomical amounts (dozens of times accurate amount) to charge us services never used. Terrible experiences with this company. If you are a smaller company that isn't making them a lot of money they struggle with honoring their contract with you and certainly don't appear to value you in their customer service. On several occasions they have altered our readings, dramatically increasing the count, in order to bill us for thousands of copies that we did not make. I will be careful not to judge whether it's a matter of incompetence or dishonesty, but it is definitely one of the two. This has happened 3-4 times over a 4 year period. Then it takes weeks and even months to reconcile the matter as our phone calls and emails are ignored for weeks at a time. This division of Konica Minolta appears to be unbelievably disorganized. Then once they do get back in touch with you, they try to "bully" or "strong-arm" you by saying they will only research the matter internally and do not want to give credence to the previous invoices they sent you which show evidence or proof of their error. It's as if the records/receipts they have been providing you all along are meaningless to them. Desired SettlementReview our prior billing statements (not just their "records") with us in person. And correctly adjust the copy count readings to the correct amounts and stop charging us for services not used.
