For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Again, I am asking him to seal the flashing around the chimney he installed, not to rebuild my chimneyI have provided adequate evidence to support my claims against Anderson & Anderson ConstructionHe continues to say that someone removed shingles from my roof, but this is unfounded and without any supportive evidence as it is simply not trueAdditionally, the roofing specialists who inspected the roof knew how to do that without causing additional damage, unlike Anderson & Anderson ConstructionAs I stated, if he chooses to not repair the damages, he will be in breach of contract, and I have more than enough proof to show that he is undeniably responsible for the exterior and interior damages. It appears that Ms [redacted] is continuing trying to hold me liable for her leakage when in fact the leakage was and is due to her deteriorated chimney, not the roofing shingles that I installedI am continuing to say the same thing over and over again her leakage is due to her chimney not the shingles on the roof and the year warranty I gave her only covered the work stated on our contractShe provided you with Allstate’s denial letter dated but omitted providing you with the original denial letter from which addressed the deteriorated chimney please have her to provide that denial letter which will support my professional opinion regarding the deteriorating of her chimneyTo address the estimates she received from The Repair Specialist and [redacted] are as follows:The Repair Specialist: The chimney is where her leaks are coming from, not her roof that was professionally installed and any missing shingles are due to other contractors removing them, furthermore, this company only offered her year guarantee for a total of $ [redacted] : They offered to do work to her chimney by patching it up for $50.00, red flag. It appears that patching her chimney will not be sufficient in the long run and in a year or two from now she will be contacting Revdex.com again regarding the same issue within the warranty period. She needs a NEW Chimney and someone to replace the shingles that have been removed after I installed themyears later on the denial letter from Allstate dated 7/17/14, “the interior water damage and subsequent mold growth on the interior damage around her chimney is the results of deferred maintenance”. As you can see, she is reaching out to everybody trying to get her chimney repaired at their expense not hers. May I suggest that someone at Revdex.com make a decision about her complaints and our responses to them and make a recommendation to her?
