When I brought my dog to this business, he was clean as a whistle. He did NOT have diarrhea issues. They did NOT offer to groom him. He did NOT leave clean. It is quite clear to me that they cannot keep track of their own BS. Think about it. Why would they offer to groom him, if he left there clean? (which he did not). I can see that this is coming down to a "he said,she said" situation.
