In response to the Revdex.com complaint submitted on 10/12/by Ms [redacted] (“Ms***”), with an assigned ID of [redacted] , Trover Solutions, Incresponds as follows: Trover Solutions, Inc(“Trover”) is a duly organized corporation under the laws of the state of Delaware and is validly authorized to do business in Kentucky, Ohio (and most every other state in the United States) Trover is an insurance subrogation company who provides subrogation related services to a number of the nation’s largest health plans In this case, Trover was providing subrogation services to its client related to an auto accident involving Ms*** It appears that Ms [redacted] was driving the car of a friend, Ms***, and hit the vehicle of an insured of a Trover client Neither Ms [redacted] nor Ms [redacted] had insurance on the at fault vehicle As a result of the accident, the original amount due was $ Trover representatives went back and forth with Ms [redacted] and Ms [redacted] as they were both responsible parties While it appears that there was an error with the calculation of the original amount due, that error was fixed and both individuals were notified of the amount due Both individuals agreed to pay down payments, which didn’t occur Then they agreed to pay $down (over a 3-month period), but that also failed to occur At no point was a formal agreement executed between any of the parties here, everything was verbal and by email To our knowledge, there have been sporadic payments between the two persons that result in approximately $4,being still due Due to our inability to recover the sums due, this file was deemed “failure to pay” and referred to our outside collection group The sums due are valid, no consistent payments were received, and the file was assigned to and is being handled by [redacted] (1- [redacted] ) and is no longer in our control

The Revdex.com complaint goes to [redacted] event # [redacted] It should be noted that [redacted] is NOT an insurance company and is NOT a fraudulent company [redacted] is a vendor that performs services FOR insurance companies In this case, [redacted] 's client is Auto Owners The initial letter was sent to the responsible party on 10/27/The 3rd party, [redacted] , contacted [redacted] and stated that she (Ms [redacted] ) got out and took pictures and didn’t see any damages to the insured's vehicleMs [redacted] requested [redacted] send her pictures of the damages and a statement from the AO adjuster who adjusted the claim verifying damages were caused from this lossHowever, there are no photos in our file documents or in the supporting documents [redacted] received from Auto Owners [redacted] did not send a suspension request to the Indiana DMV, It appears that in this state if an accident occurs and the police report notes the responsible party did not have the state required liability insurancethey will automatically suspend their driver’s license After Ms [redacted] refused to pay the damages, since we could not send her damage photos, the file has since moved to a outside collections vendor ( [redacted] and Associates) who has the file in active collectionsIf Ms [redacted] doesn't have the documentation, she can contact Wilbur and receive documentation of the full amount owed (including the loss notice, the rental invoice, the damage estimate that Auto Owner's sent to [redacted] for auditing, and their complete audit report of the damages)The total of the damages presented is $(which includes the insured’s $deductible)
