Received estimate on work for multiple jobs. Siding, windows, facia, soffits and rain gutters with covers. Estimate was over $20,000. I called to get clarification on an issue I thought might be a problem. I was told I would receive a call, which never came. I went to the office to put down a deposit for work and follow up on the issue, which by the way would have added to the job. The front office gal told "Trent" I needed to talk to him. He came out acting put out that he had to talk to me. I tried to explain what I was talking about and he started arguing with me. He wouldn't listen to what I was trying to say. So I said why don't you come to the house and see what I meant. He then told me he could see what type of person I was and they would not be doing my job. I was shocked and insulted. He proceeded to follow me out the door continuing to arguing with me. Now he doesn't know me from Adam, I AM THE CUSTOMER who was going to be paying good money with his company. He handled the situation totally unprofessional and insulting. I had dealt with the girls in the office several times and with the gentleman that came over to measure (I even helped him measure) without any issues. I do not understand Trent's attitude or hostility. I did notice on other reviews he does seem to be a common denominator on other complaints.I am happy that the company is doing so well that they can treat people however they want and can turn down decent sized jobs.
I do not recommend this company especially if you want to be treated respectful.

Review: Paid business $500 to repair fireplace leak. After they applied a sealant material around chimney pipe fireplace still leaks.

They have made no effort to fix leak after I e- mailed them about the problem.Desired Settlement: Fix the leak or refund my money.
