This is regarding a serious situation where a local contractor has taken over $10,from me without services provided
Over six months ago, company owner and I contracted for owner to build a “Four Seasons Sun Room” At the time of contract signing this company owner insisted upon payment for 1/of the job total which was ($10,596.25) which I gave to him It is now March and a "Four Seasons, All Season Room" has not even been started yet he has kept all my money I contacted the permit office myself and a permit has still not been issued as of this date During all these months Owner was not transparent nor did he keep me in the loop In fact, he repeatedly lied to me, blaming the city permit office for not be able to start the project Actually, his license had been suspended and he'd made no effort to apply for a permit Owner cannot be believed or trusted I demand my sun room and deck be built now, to my satisfaction, with a warranty, as I have paid Owner to d
We entered a contract for home improvements on January 10, for a bathtub to be installed, and repairs to light fixtures, a broken window, and laundry hookups We paid 1/of the balance ($1898.75) We have been in continual contact with the owner of the business via phone, text, and email requesting the work be completed, but as of today only the light fixtures and laundry hookups have been repaired Owner will not commit to a completion date, does not promptly or regularly return communication, and refuses to refund our money It has been over months since our agreement was made and deposit paid The last we heard from Owner was on June 7, indicating that his most recent promised install of the tub by June 9, would again be delayed We have attempted contact with him times since June 7, to get a new install date and he will not return communications

Entered into a contract with Arctic Homes Improvements on June 15, to built a patio cover to be completed by the end of for a price of $7052.xxIn December 2017, after many attempts to contact Arctic Homes Improvements to find out what is happening with my project, I was informed that Arctic Homes Improvements could not build the patio cover for the contracted price and they would therefor refund my deposit of $Four months later I still have not received a refund
