Customer contact our office yesterday 6/20/with a complain that her system is not cooling.we send one of our specialist today, 6/at 10:amWe checked the unit and find out that the coil and the condenser are clogged with her dogs hair.We took care of the issue and recommend to the customer to wash the condenser once a monthCustomer was satisfied from our service and sign on the paper workFor any additional information please contact usThank you
