Property sold in Oct '13 and alarm monitoring services canceled. Continued to be billed 3 add'l payments beyond cancellation. Refund never received.I contacted All Datacom in early Oct '13 to cancel alarm monitoring services upon completion of sale of the property in NC. All Datacom continued to debit monthly charges from my bank account for three additional payments thereafter. Within this time, multiple attempts were made to contact All Datacom. Limited response was received, but I WAS told I would be refunded for charges in error and all future debits stopped. Debits continued thereafter and again after multiple attempts to contact All Datacom, I was given an answer that it was being resolved and I would be refunded. No refunds were ever received. I closed the bank account since I could not otherwise guarantee they would stop charging me further. I still have not received further response to my requests for update on the refund. No refund received to date.Desired Settlement$45 for three months' services charged but not received.Business Response we sent her a check for 45.00 and it was never cashed. I will send her another check if you can verify her address. We used a third party billing device that made the error. They were supposed to correct the their error but failed to in a timely manner. So I told them I was going to send the customer the refund and back charge my service. This complaint was in our spam folder so we never addressed it. Until now I believed she received her refund and everything was fine. you can contact me at XXX-XXX-XXXXConsumer Response I called this morning and again provided my appropriate mailing address. Not sure how we missed this check since all of our other mail is forwarded to us from our prior address, including a temporary address that we had in the early part of our relocation. Nonetheless, I left a message clearly spelling out the current address and our current phone number to call if any issues. Thank you.Business Response I verified her address and we did send it and have a copy from our bank (check sent and stop payment) I wrote a another check for 45.00 and had it 2nd day air with tracking. Also a footnote we have a 60 day notification policy that she signed in her agreement with monitoring. She did not honor that agreement but All DataCom did NOT hold her to that and refunded her the 45.00 without any issues. The customer would have only been entitled to 15.00 refund. furthermore this has been our only complaint in 5 years and strive to ensure customer satisfaction. we have the docs from the third party billing & bank info available if requested.thank you
