I explained to her several times that if he came back to Colorado on his own, and was not extradited that her money would be refunded Unfortunately he did not come back to Colorado on his own, and he was arrested there in California We did not contact the victim either, she contacted us to inform us he had fled the state and that his mother would not do much to help us get back to Colorado which is exactly what happened She signed a binding contract that held her responsible for the total amount of the bond, and she understood that the responsibility she was taking by signing the bond After several attempts in asking her to pay the bond for his failure to appear in court, she did not follow through immediately It was extremely difficult to get her to pay the bond, and after several conversations she was very rude and simply hung the phone up We threatened to send her to collections, and finally she paid the bond Her son was later arrested in California and extradited to Colorado In the State of Colorado we have to have involvement in the apprehension to get the money back, but in this case he was arrested there and brought back here by extradition AS for us not being honest, that is not the case She was not honest with us, and she allowed her son to leave Colorado when it is against the law to leave the state while being on bond Nothing more needs to be said, we did our job and she paid the bond as she was suppose to There for she gets no money back All laws are in title and can be researched very easily We did everything by the lawThank you, Steve M***

contacted us to inform us he had fled the state and that his mother would not do much to help us get back to Colorado which is exactly what happened.  She signed a binding contract that held her responsible for the total amount of the bond, and she understood that the responsibility she was taking by signing the bond.  After several attempts in asking her to pay the bond for his failure to appear in court, she did not follow through immediately.  It was extremely difficult to get her to pay the bond, and after several conversations she was very rude and simply hung the phone up.  We threatened to send her to collections, and finally she paid the bond.  Her son was later arrested in California and extradited to Colorado.  In the State of Colorado we have to have involvement in the apprehension to get the money back, but in this case he was arrested there and brought back here by extradition.  AS for us not being honest, that is not the case.  She was not honest with us, and she allowed her son to leave Colorado when it is against the law to leave the state while being on bond.  Nothing more needs to be said, we did our job and she paid the bond as she was suppose to.  There for she gets no money back.  All laws are in title 16 and can be researched very easily.  We did everything by the law....... Thank you, Steve M[redacted]

[redacted],Our company did post bond for Mr. [redacted]. In fact we posted two...

bonds for [redacted] County and one for [redacted] County with a total of $50,000.00 in liability.  We did collect money, but we were not paid in full...as we only collected 2400 of the $5,000.00.  When I spoke to Mrs. [redacted] about posting bond for Mr. [redacted] she told me her name was [redacted].  I was on the fence in posting bond for Mr. [redacted] being something seemed a bit off in the conversation from beginning, but with further conversation Mrs. [redacted] convinced me that we should give them a chance and that Mr. [redacted] needed to get out so he could have his head injuries seen by a doctor, and that he was not getting the proper care as she thought he should be getting while he was in the [redacted] Jail. After a few days past after we posted the bonds, we received the file from our employee.  And that is when we noticed the name was different on the app vs what she said it was over the phone.  After further research we discovered that she had given us a false name because she is in fact the VICTIM in the two bonds we posted for [redacted] County. She claims they are family friends, but they are in fact in a serious relationship, and she is or was the victim in his domestic violence charges.  We did make it to his court date on the 19th of September, and we were told by a friend of the family he was not going to show being he was sick, yet we were also told he was having a very bad reaction to heroin.  We were also now aware that the defendant and our cosigner were in a relationship and from what we were being told they were both using harmful drugs, and talking about skipping town.  Mrs. [redacted] called the Court and told them he was not going to appear, but when she called she told the Court that she was his sister.  As I mentioned we did appear for his court date even though he did not.  And at that time we shared our concerns with the Judge.  The judge revoked his bonds being he was not present.  The reason the judge raised his bond so high was the concern that he would not show again.  We did not apprehend Mr. [redacted], nor did we have any involvement in that as [redacted] mentions.  He was arrested by law enforcement when the hospital discharged him, and that can be verified. Two of our bonds were released on 9/19/16 and the [redacted] County bond was released  on 11/08/2016.  I have explained over and over to Mrs. [redacted] that had she been honest from the beginning things may have worked out differently.  AS to the uncle or family member who called to ask if we would reinstate our bond, he did not qualify to back up the liability, and because we had experienced what we had with [redacted], we could not take any more chances moving forward.  As to the comment about sexuality.  I have owned this company for 21 years, and out of 21 yrs, I have had someone that is gay/lesbian work for me 13 of those 21 years.  Does it appear I have an issue with ones sexuality?  I love all people, races and those that are gay or lesbian!  The bottom line is we did our job, and these folks were dishonest and he missed his court date. We are not giving any money back, in fact they still owed us more money, and we have chosen to not go after that additional money because we have no desire to prolong this headache. Simply is not worth the hassle.  Much of what was said by [redacted] is totally false.  I have several witnesses in my office, and several of us who have also spoken to [redacted].  None of which agree with her complaints, and all feel she has harassed our company over and over and over again.Steven [redacted]PresidentAll Day All Night Bail Bonds[redacted]
