All Day Auto Transport

I transported my Porsche with Mimi from All Day Auto Transport last month from New York to Florida I couldn't be more happy with the service and the way my car arrived in show room condition to me at my home The driver Parked it right in my garage in my condo ! I really appreciate the help that all day gave !

I used car delivery usa to ship cars from New York to florida in September, I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to ship cars up and down the north eastThe price was fair and the driver delivered my vehicles un scathed within days of pick up

was quoted a price of $when I booked the transport for my year old mothers car from Minnesota to FloridaTwo days before scheduled pithey increased the price $500! At this point I am not about to stress out my mother with going through the unknown of finding a different transportSo I am just going to pay the difference and feel *** and ripped off!

Customer service was very rudeI was calling to schedule for my auto to be transported and my main contact *** sounded like she was in a hurry, I obviously had several questions because it was my first time to transport a vehicle, but she was very quick to take my credit card number down and told me not to talk to other brokers since this will confuse the drivers if there are too many orders???? I was sent a contract and on the conract, the pick up date was incorrect, so I emailed her stating I can't sign the contract because the date was incorrect, she emailed me back saying the right date but the contract was still incorrect, so naturally I didn't agree to the contract until it was correctedSo I emailed her again to clarify, but she emailed me back a rude response implying I was stupid to think that the wrong pick up day makes sense, even though it was the contract that stated that wrong dateSo I told her she was rude and would like to cancel my order
I was then called by the company that week I was transporting my car and said they had a driver availableI called back and I was transferred to her and I guess she realized that I called her rude, so she was even more rude saying I never canceled anything, and I said there's no more car to transport (since I went with a different company) she said ok and hung up on me
I tried calling back to talk to a supervisor but they transferred me back to her, as if there are no supervisors to talk to about rude customer serviceSo I don't know who holds these employees accountable for their rude service
I don't think this is the kind of customer service that wants your businessAs I'm looking at the reviews, I'm also glad I didn't go with this company because it doesn't seem that they honor they quotes very much either

As a college student who is going to be studying abroad, I needed my car moved from my college to my parents house for safe keepingI called and set an appointment for pickup and delivery - pickup to be 12/15/with same day deliveryIt is 12/19/no pickupNone of my calls have been returned - if they even go throughI was emailed a contact number for the driver - absolutely zero response despite numerous calls and text messagesI put a deposit down that I will never see again and as a college student that hurts financially

Be careful of using this company! The price they quote you is never the price you will end up paying, and the day they say they will pick up the vehicle will never happen. I used them on two different occasions.The first time they increased my price and stated it was because the trucking company increased their price at the last minute. Deann stated there was nothing she could do, I was in a bind since they were already a few days late picking it up, because she was a smooth talker, believed it was not their fault, and gave them another chance. The next time my price went up over $700, and they also tried to also increase their broker fees. They tried using the same excuse they used before that the pick up locations were way out of the way for any drivers. Both sellers stating they had never heard that being an issue before. They stated again that the driver did this, and it was not them. After talking to the drivers on both occasions, the prices we were originally quoted was never the price they agreed to, to pick it up for. When I confronted Deann and [redacted], letting them know I knew they were scamming people, and I was going to launch a complaint with the Revdex.com. Deann became extremely nasty, laughed and told me they were too big of a company, been around for way too long, for me to do anything or even effect their business. [redacted] informed me it was in the DocuSign they emailed me that the original price was just a quote and they could increase it at any time. Be careful of their DocuSign Agreements! These people should be investigated for bait and switch, or even fraud!

Best transport experience EVER! I shipped my Dodge Durango from MA to FL without any issues!!! I would use All Day Auto again and recommend them to all my friends and family! Thanks guys, you're amazing:)

I transported my BMW with All Day Auto Transport from Miami to New York in Late July. I spoke with [redacted] and she scheduled a hauler to transport the car the same day we spoke , the carrier from All Day Auto Transport was a real pro and loaded my brand new I8 with ease. The cost was reasonable for an enclosed transport up the east coast for $1400. I would recommend All Day Auto Transport to anyone shipping a car.

The promises that were made to me were not kept. The dates that I was "guaranteed" did not in fact come to pass. Apparently this organization is purely a broker, interested only in getting a customer to commit and pay. Arrangements afterward are secondary (they'll get a driver whenever it suits them, NOT when a driver was promised to the customer). They have no motivation for customer service once you have been charged; in fact, I was completely unable to contact the person with whom I dealt once my credit card had been charged.
