In response to the Revdex.com complaint submitted by Mr [redacted] against Alldelivered: This entire complaint from Mr [redacted] is completely fabricated, as you will see This is his way to continue his harassment, retaliation, and aggressive actions against our company He mainly complains about our past reviews on Yelp, and that is not what this case is about The fact is Mr [redacted] wanted the billing to be on his terms, not by our company policy When he was unable to dictate when the billing process would be completed, he aggressively attacked me regarding my character He personally degraded me over the phone and insulted me My manager was in the same room when the conversation was held, and my manager, Mr***, heard the entire conversation He has no issues testifying, under oath, in a court of law, that Mr [redacted] verbally attacked me After the phone call, my manager indicated to me that we would not be offering our services to Mr [redacted] based on his conduct, actions, and harassment We felt it would be best to cut ties with Mr [redacted] During the phone call conversation, I was professional, I never raised my voice, even though at that time he was attacking and insulting my character On Wednesday, February 4th at 8:am, we emailed Mr [redacted] refusing to help him with his delivery because of his hostile and harassing manner Please review (attachment # 1) As you can see in this email, there are no threats, no slander, no aggressive nature, and no indication of hostile conduct at all by our company On Wednesday, Feb at 10:am, his response to us after we politely and professionally advised him to find a better match for a delivery company Please review (attachment # 2), which is presented here for youMr [redacted] continues his aggressive conduct, actions, and harassment, in writing, for you to review You can also see here who threatened to slander who in this email Mr [redacted] is the only one threatening to slander or hurt our company We made no such threats I will add to your already very BAD YELP reputation for POOR and unprofessional business behavior and practices Apparently your BAD reputation is true, factual, and much deserved You are very immature, juvenile, unprofessional, and hyper reactive and have no place in a professional business environment, PERIOD RC Then, at 10:am, an email comes right behind the first one, and he continues his harassment, please review (attachment # 3) We responded back (attachment # 4) in summary, that we are a professional delivery company that services over 10,clients and over 90% of our customers are Fortune companies, who do not post yelp reviews Plus, we indicated because of his aggressive and hostile actions, as you can see in review, that we are going to file a complaint with the CAL BRE In our email, we never indicated we would slander his name, and we were not harassing him AT ALL Wednesday Feb at 1:pm, Mr [redacted] continues his harassment (attachment # 5): Bla Bla Bla STOP HARASSAING ME !!!!!! I have used all delivered in most of my business flyer distributing and by far they are the best company that I have dealt with , we advertise a lot locally and on the internet, my business is consumer electronics , used them a lot in San Diego and la area they send me a GPS confirmation , totally professional and deliver on time

This entire complaint from Mr. [redacted] is completely fabricated, as you will see.  This is his way to continue his harassment, retaliation, and aggressive actions against our company.

On Wednesday, Feb 05 at 10:04 am, his response to us after we politely and professionally advised him to find a better match for a delivery company.  Please review (attachment # 2), which is presented here for you. Mr. [redacted] continues his aggressive conduct, actions, and harassment, in writing, for you to review.  You can also see here who threatened to slander who in this email.  Mr. [redacted] is the only one threatening to slander or hurt our company.  We made no such threats.  
I will add to your already very BAD YELP reputation for POOR and unprofessional business behavior and practices.
 
Apparently your BAD reputation is true,  factual, and much deserved.

Then, at 10:09 am, an email comes right behind the first one, and he continues his harassment, please review (attachment # 3).  We responded back (attachment # 4) in summary, that we are a professional delivery company that services over 10,000 clients and over 90% of our customers are Fortune 500 companies, who do not post yelp reviews.  Plus, we indicated because of his aggressive and hostile actions, as you can see in review, that we are going to file a complaint with the CAL BRE.  In our email, we never indicated we would slander his name, and we were not harassing him.   AT ALL.

Again, the harassment continues, On Wednesday, February 5th at 1:11 pm. Please review (attachment # 6).

As you can see, we have provided the proof to show that Mr. [redacted] has fabricated this entire complaint to the Revdex.com to continue his harassment with FALSE claims and filing a FALSE report to slander our good name and to tarnish our reputation.  
 
His claims of harassment from us cannot be proven by any emails, as no harassment ever occurred.  It is all fabricated.  We can guarantee he cannot provide an email that indicates that we will slander him.  We indicated we would file a complaint with the CAL BRE regarding his harassing actions.  Please review all attachments, as this is proof of what really went on.  We ask the Revdex.com to dismiss this fictitious and fabricated complaint and to consider it more of a harassing and retaliatory tactic by Mr. [redacted].

Regarding your comment about yelp, we are a nationwide company and we service over 10,000 clients a year. We deliver over 10 million pieces a year coast to coast. Over 90% of our customers are Fortune 500 companies. These companies do not post yelp reviews, including Walmart, Verizon, Dish, State Farm, and Orange County Transit. Yelp is all about politics and money. You should research it.

Regarding your comment of your actions against our company, and your threats to us, we are going to file a complaint with the CAL BRE regarding your actions and your UNETHICAL behavior and harassment. Because we are well aware of the standards required by the CAL BRE, we will provide your email as proof of your behavior and your threats and harassment. We will also provide a written statement of the way you conducted yourself over the phone with me. FYI, You were on speaker phone and my manager heard everything you said to me. They approved, based on your conduct, cutting ties with you.

Oh my god! I simply asked about their billing practices, availbility, and why they had such negitive reviews from past clients on YELP.

I then start getting emails from [redacted] threating me directly with complaints to the BRE ect.?

These people are insane in my opinion and very harshly agressive, plus very unprofessional.

I never even as much a raised my voice even once when they became very defensive about their negitive YELP reviews from past customers.

Keep in mind their Oceanside address you have on your records is a building they VACATED many months ago accordiing to [redacted] on the phone with me several weeks ago. She said they moved their operations to Orange county a LONG TIME AGO.Desired Settlement: I want this company to STOP their harrassment and attacking me via email and to STOP their threats to SLANDER ME if I post my personal experience with them to YELP.

I reported them to the San Diego Attourney's office as well for harrassing me with unwanted HATE email and threats against my GOOD name.

Review: We paid $9,162.67 for 75,000 door hangers to be delivered. There are three areas that All Delivered failed to provide services for, delivery dates (6 weeks late), delivery locations, and very poor quality printing.1. All Delivered failed to deliver door hangers according to dates specified. They delivered the door hangers 6 weeks late and failed to inform us they would be delivered late. The sales person implied that the door hangers were delivered on agreed date and he was waiting to receive GPS results. The truth was they were never delivered until after I requested proof of the delivery. Once they sent me the locations, they still did not provide proof of the dates they were delivered.2. All Delivered failed to deliver door hangers according to locations specified. They delivered door hangers 8 miles away from areas that were specified in contract and provided via map.3. We received door hangers with very poor resolution quality. The resolution was so poor that our company declined several coupons (printed on the door hangers) having fear they were fake.After three major issues with our $9,000+ order, a manager admitted there were numerous errors with the order and told me I would get an answer regarding a refund the next day. After not receiving the promised phone call, I called three times getting no response. After a week of getting no answer, I told them I would not get off the phone until I spoke with the owner or manager to provide an answer. The person said she wanted to be honest with me and stated that she had been instructed to reject my phone calls. I left a message I needed an answer by 2pm that day or I was reporting them to the Revdex.com and getting legal involved. I finally got a call back from a manager saying the best she could do was give us 10,000 door hangers for free. They state on their website "Delivery services provide: delivery to targeted neighborhoods & demographics" which is false advertisement. All Delivered breached our contract and a refund should be provided.Desired Settlement: All Delivered failed to provide services by not delivering door hangers to correct locations, proof of door to door GPS services with dates, and failed to uphold the printing quality of our brand image through the poor resolution of coupons on the door hangers by their company. The desired settlement is a full refund. Additional door hangers of any amount will not be accepted as a form of payment.

Response:

In response Ms. [redacted] Complaints.

1. Regarding poor quality of door hanger :

Ms. [redacted] forgot to mention that not there was NO complaints about the quality of the door hanger. We mailed her a couple samples to her office and the company she partnered with on the other side of the door hanger. The ones that she indicated was poor quality was a 30 to 50 door hangers out 75,000 that were printed. That is less than 1/2%, when you print that large of quantity, you will always have a few that are not to standard. This is normal for the printing industry. There is "no" industry that I know of that makes everything 100% perfect, not even Chick-fil-A. With less than 1/2% error is very low.

2. Regarding delivery dates:

Ms. [redacted] signed a contract to have 75,000 door hangers delivered.

When a customer orders a delivery campaign, we usually deliver everything all within the same week.

Ms. [redacted] requested for All Delivered to do her a favor and NOT to deliver everything all at once, because they would not be able to handle all the coupons.

We made a exception to accommodate Ms. [redacted] of this. The First Delivery Started on time, the 2nd delivery started 7 days late due to uncontrolled things that All Delivered was not able to control.

Ms. [redacted] signed a contract with All Delivered, where on the contract. It indicates "Delivery Dates Are Not Guaranteed", Ms. [redacted] was aware of this when she signed the contract.

All Delivered, accommodated Ms. [redacted] on getting the job completed, by her special request of spreading out the delivery. Due to this, it caused potential delay that we did not foresee. If Ms. [redacted], would of let us deliver all 75,000 door hangers all in one week, we would have not had any delivery delays.

3. Regarding Returning Phone Calls or Messages:

All Delivered has returned All Ms. [redacted] Phone calls and emails. At times there are delays, We are a National Company and do travel for projects from coast to coast. We have attached a search of email responses we have communicated with Ms. [redacted]. As you can see we have been in touch with Ms. [redacted] and keeping her updated. Regarding return phone calls, we have gone above and beyond on responding to Ms.[redacted] on weekends and after hours.

Ms. [redacted] called the office and demanded to speak to the Manager and threaten to SUE and File a Revdex.com complaint if she did not receive a phone call by 2pm.

The Manager who was over looking this complaint was on Vacation, but we accommodated Ms. [redacted] and interrupted the Managers Vacation to call her within 1 hour of her calling in with her threats. All Delivered has "never" asked any of our staff to decline Ms. [redacted] phone calls. If the manager is not in the office or on the road, we are not able to take Ms. [redacted] phone calls.

We listened and addressed Ms. [redacted] Complaint and went above and beyond to accommodate her on her issues she had with All Delivered.

We offered Ms. [redacted] the following:

Print 10,000 Full Color Door Hanger 100 lb gloss cover stock (100% FREE)

Provide All the Labor to deliver 10,000 Door Hangers (100% FREE)

Provide All work for both sides of the Door Hanger (100% FREE)

During the 8 years we have been in business, we have NEVER offered this large of Complimentary FREE service to make a customer happy.

After offering this to Ms. [redacted], she turned down the resolution.

We would like to resolve this issue Ms. [redacted] and willing to Double our offer from 10,000 Free Door Hangers Printed and Delivered to 20,000.

The only thing we ask is that we do ALL 20k all at once to prevent any delays on staggered deliveries.
