him to see if it was working. He did call back a few days later stating the service was coming in and out. The technician was schedule to be out, but then did have vehicle problems. Communications has been made with [redacted] for the service call. [redacted] did advise  that he spoke with [redacted] and that they would provide him with a credit and that we would waive two months invoices for him. If you have any questions, please let me know.
