Someone needs to speak to this person immediately before the authorities are pressed (which we stopped)This person had a move and called in a panic about an alleged "missing $bag" that she had claimed she packed herself in a clear bag with othersThis was not the caseThe customer threw her alleged "$bag" into a wardrobe boxUpon calling the driver of the truck that day he located this beat up bag in the bottom of a wardrobe box that she left outside for the guys to take awayThis bag was then brought directly to the persons home immediatelyThe person also called today 6/with a new allegation that a "full prescribed bottle of adderal was takenWhen she said today she hasn't taken it in days and realized it's gone??? We instructed her to call the police and she said "oh never mind" and hung upPlease note this narcotic this individual claimed missing is a hard controlled substance and is pure an utter CRAPEven the credit card that was used tonly for this move initially was declined and a new one had to be givenI have said this clear as Day this person either tells the truth to the public and the Revdex.com or as was initially planned when she called in a stoned junkie way I will forward all the information video and correspondence to not only the local authorities but to the school in [redacted] ** where she substitute teaches at times to alert the board they are employing a recreational drug user that is interacting with the children of the communityThis type of behavior and LIES will not go without consequences to this person

I am rejecting this response because: the allegations made in the correspondence the above information are incorrectOn Saturday June 10, three Louis Vuitton bags were packaged into a hard plastic toteThe bag in question is a Red and Monogrammed Louis Vuitton Kimono BagThe bag was not returned in the tote with the other handbags, it was returned in one of the companies open brown cardboard boxes only after being sought outDuring the unloading process I was told all boxes and bags had made their way into my homeThe bag was returned that same day in the eveningIn regard to the missing filled prescriptionI earlier called the company from work on 6/14/based on recommendation of my psychiatristThe prescribing doctor stated that I was to reach out to both the company and police; both which have been contactedI have spoken with the *** Police Department and am awaiting paperwork to file for the missing medicationThe slander and unprofessionalism of the response of this company will be noted.

I am rejecting this response because: I wrote the TRUTH and there are many witnesses to the events, including in my building and the truck driver and crew who made the delivery. The company has absolutely no basis, including any documentation, of their false claims, simply because they cannot have any.

her alleged "$5000 bag" into a wardrobe box. Upon calling the driver of the truck that day he located this beat up bag in the bottom of a wardrobe box that she left outside for the guys to take away. This bag was then brought directly to the persons home immediately. The person also called today 6/14 with a new allegation that a "full prescribed bottle of adderal was taken. In Regards to the above mentioned customer complaint or inquiry. First this is NOT anywhere near what happened. [redacted] had and always did email with us regarding anything and everything. Customer NEVER at any time mentioned no weekend deliveries in a building in [redacted] As a matter of fact (and proof...

of emails) up until a few weeks before she asked for shipment she didn't know if she was going to [redacted] OR international as was an open issue and supported by dual quotes given reflecting two variables. Also, customer was told (and on her contract) access to a 53' trailer is required OR shuttle service would be required and charged. I have attached to our counsel all the emails regarding this issue (as defaming ones character or business practices is illegal). No ONE demanded cash payments, in fact she called and text the sales manager requesting form of payment and was told weeks in advance it would be certified check, postal money order or any major credit card. We have never received ANY claim either regarding damages either. In fact in the allegations presented in the customers notice here it didn't pass the smell test. We are going from "no deliveries on weekends" to being able to make a "frantic arrangements" to receive a delivery? In final point the words used in the customers settlement :18 wheeler scam" in itself is a lie and issue in itself. The extra "$300 altered bill of lading" also is another fabrication of truths in fact in a text message to the chief of sales and management she was informed it was the final month of storage HOWEVER the customer was on auto pay for storage and the bill of sale was generated prior to delivery and was immediately removed (there was NO REFUSAL TO PAY) by the customer but simply a "crossed in the dates charge for the final month of storage that was paid and removed at once". We stand behind everything we do as a business and the facts are the facts. In closing, there was NO mention of no weekend delivery, there was no DEMAND for cash payments, there was NO refusal to pay by the customer, and there was and is NO promise of a delivery date for a specified day a(as the customer was NOT a direct delivery) and the "shuttle service" was made clear in contract AND in conversations. There was no and is NO claim records either for any "alleged damage" where we would have a claim with pictures and a supporting email from customer. Unfortunately, 4 months after a fully successful move we are reading this. Our position us clear and our course of defending now is even clearer, thank you all in advance!
