Unfortunately it does not appear as though this complaint can be resolved without photos that prove the makeup malfunctioned or was applied improperly. AllDolledUp Austin has an impeccable track record and operates with the highest ethics and customer-service standards, the airbrush makeup used could not have produced some of the results described, the clients were satisfied at the time services were rendered and we did everything in our power to make the client happy — within and outside the bounds of the contract.Best regards,AllDolledUp Austin

I am rejecting this response because:Attached are pictures to show the difference of what was expected for wedding makeup based on bridal pictures and what was given on wedding day. The first picture are 3 bridal pictures. The application in the bridal pictures was a trial run and took 35 minutes to complete with air brush makeup and false eye lashes. The remaining pictures show a glimpse of the wedding day makeup for a comparison of the drastic difference. In my opinion, the makeup on my wedding day looks as though I hardly have any makeup on at all. My bridal pictures make me feel beautiful with the luxurious eye lashes, patient and artistic makeup application, as well as the flattering atmosphere I was in during application. I feel as though a quick and hasty application was performed on my wedding day due to over booking of clients on a popular wedding day. I was not at all satisfied with the end result and feel like I got shoddy service and deserve a refund for sub par professionalism.

I am rejecting this response because:I have a completely different recollection of what happened that day. According to the contract that I signed, the appointment time was 8:30 to 12:00, allotting 30 minutes per service. I paid for 7 make up applications and 2 hairstyles, ahead of time. We arrived at 8:45, that is 15, not 45, minutes late.  We did not receive any kind of call the morning of my wedding from ADUA in regards to our late arrival being any kind of concern that we would put them in a "time crunch". Furthermore, I received an email the night before that ADUA wanted to change the time of services to 8 am. I have no correspondence in writing 14 days ahead of time stating the start time is at 8:00am, rather 8:30 am per the contract signed 11-18-14. As soon as we arrived, we seemed to be rushed in and out of the make up chairs. Approximately 5 minutes was taken with each client service. We arrived at 8:45a.m. ADUA rushed out at 9:30a.m.  We were pleased immediately following make up application, because the flaws had not yet set in, which explains the generous tip aside from being customary. Also, I was in a good mood seeing how it was my wedding day.In regards to the traditional make-up seen being put on prior to exiting the venue, nobody at the venue had their personal make-up from home due to paying for application of make-up.  A mascara wand was provided by ADUA and each person was instructed to apply mascara in the mirror.   If people were attempting to fix the air brush make-up immediately following application why would further investigation not be done at that time?  Also, during the trial run, lashes were applied by ADUA, as well as mascara.  We paid for full make-up application and still had to assist in that service.  After application was finished, one of the bridesmaids commented that she looked pale and the stylist's suggestion was to add blush as a fix.  Within an hour of application the make up had started to clump without any touching as instructed to help the make-up last "all day." As we were trying to frantically figure out the next step, All Dolled Up was notified.  Quickly we called and requested All Dolled Up to come back to fix the flaws, all while we were still well within our appointment time slot.  All Dolled Up replied that they were with another client at that time and would not be able to return until 1430.  The signed contract clearly states that the wedding ceremony starts at 1400.  During application, multiple comments were mentioned how busy the day was for ADUA as well and needed to leave to get to another appointment afterwards to ensure they weren't late.  The maid of honor asked ADUA to, "please stop talking about how much of a hurry you were in because it was stressing out the bride."As for the hairstyles, neither the mother of the bride or mother of the groom were pleased and voiced their displeasure to the stylists. The mother of the groom sat down to have her hair styled and informed Brooke that she would like some curl. She was told her hair was too short to curl, and Brooke stated, "I guess I can just throw some gel in it."  The bride had to plead with Brooke that her hair was not to short to curl.  The end result was poorly done and was curled by the hairstylist of another affiliation to the mother's satisfaction.  As for the mother of the bride, she would not let you know if she wasn't pleased.  My sister pointed out strands of straight hair that were left due to the lack of time taken to ADUA and no further action was taken. Her hair was also restyled by the hairstylist not affiliated with All Dolled Up.The venue called in a favor to an experienced professional in the makeupindustry to re-apply our makeup. Upon her arrival, she agreed our makeup was "rushed, unflattering, wearing off the eyelids, sliding off our skin, chalking up, and sinking into our creases. Not to mention, no lashes were applied." Names of other parties involved are available if needed for witness statements.  The make up applied on the wedding day was a completely different experience in comparison to the wedding day trial run with ADUA.  Thirty-five minutes were spent applying full airbrush make up and lashes for the bride alone.  Pictures are also available for comparison of services. As you mentioned in the signed contract, a minimum of 30 minutesis required for each service and ADUA stylists were left with less than the required time. We arrived fifteen minutes late according to the signed contract and we still had until 12:00. The stylists left at 9:30 and all services rendered were not completed to "quality" in 45 minutes.  The signed contract is attached for reference.  I am writing this complaint due to poor quality and rushed services rendered and am requesting a full refund to resolve this transaction.
